The service was excellent. They were on time, cleaned up after themselves and they were very professional.

Repair was done well, including matching the paint color. After initial discussion, William suggested a switch to Hardi cement board trim which was a good idea for improvement and we accepted. There were some delays, but William kept us advised and he work was completed in a timely manner.

One of the things about William Hartman is he is immensely professional. He has a wealth of knowledge, but also has gumption and a get-the-job-done attitude. For this job, he used Atlas Pinnacle Pristine shingles. They look great and offer a host of benefits. Scheduling was easy for both the estimate and the installation. William went over the different options and materials and the pros and cons of them. I was at work for most of the installation, but when I came back, there was a new roof on with no debris in the yard and no damage to my outside items. Everything was how I left it, except there was a new roof.
