Extremely thorough & comprehensive inspection. He was willing to discuss report conclusions with us and to offer insight and opinion of house inspected - sorry I can t use him for the actual repairs!

I have completed 2 inspections with David which included the pre drywall inspection and the 12 month warranty inspection. It has been a great experience with him both the times. He has an eye for detail and was able to find issues that I could not have thought. I feel that the money was well spent and definitely he is experienced and a thorough professional. At the first contact David hit the ground running..gave an appointment right away. He explained everything to me and what i was to expect. Once completed i received an email with his report attached along with photos. If your looking for a Home Inspector then look no further. This is my honest opinion.

Had a home inspection for a new purchase performed by David. Many people never take the time to comment on great service provided by someone. I was so impressed with David, that I want to take the time to comment. First, he was on time. He beat me to the site. Second, he did not present as rushed or in a hurry. He covered what seemed every inch of this house, with me, an aggravating woman with a 1000 questions pestering him the entire time. He took the time to answer every question. He was diligent throughout the process and very professional. The time he spent onsite was in excess of 3 hours. He sent me an extremely thorough report with detailed photographs by the evening of the same day he did the inspection, as promised. I would recommend David to anyone looking for a home inspector and would certainly use him again in the future.

David is a patient, knowledgeable guy who takes the time to make sure that you understand everything that he's seen and is doing. He responds promptly to any questions and once you're his customer he sticks with you for life. He answers my questions even now, months later, very quickly and has fantastic recommendations on other contractors for work he can't take care of himself.

Great experience all around. The report was ver details and idenfified items that would have proven very costly for my family in the future. With the report that was provided I will be able to get these issues rectified under my 1 year builder workmanship warranty at no cost.

Outstanding inspection service on a house I was thinking of purchasing! This home inspection service provided a detailed description of areas that were found to have issues/problems along with color photos of them. I had a follow up phone call with the inspector who did the work and he spent about 2 hours on the phone with me happily providing additional details on all these problem areas. He was very knowledgeable and made sure that all of my questions were satisfied and answered. I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS HOME INSPECTION SERVICE!

David does a great job! He is experienced, professional and careful. He explains in terms that anyone can understand exactly what he is finding as he goes thru the inspection and is happy to answer any questions, no matter how small. He gives good tips on how to maintain the home and he willing to hear from you after the inspection with and questions, etc. you may have. I would hire him for any inspection needed!

Great company to hire for home inspections! David Jones, leaves no stone unturned! Upon inspection, David found a sewer pipe leak, which was causing sewer gas to filter into my home! Very thorough & fairly priced! Would definitely hire again! Thanks David Jones!!

David was knowledgeable, easy to work with and provided a detailed & thorough Inspection report. Which helped us bringing issues to our project manager and get them fixed.
