Our real estate agent recommended David to perform our home inspection. It was very easy to coordinate with David and his team over email, and I appreciated the ability to pay for the inspection using PayPal. David was on time — actually, a little early — for the inspection, which he completed in about three hours for a 3,500 square foot house. He very clearly explained the major and minor issues, and helped me to understand what was truly critical to address before closing. David provided an incredibly detailed inspection report the same evening, and his pictures and descriptions were written for a homeowner, rather than an electrician or plumber. I hope to be in my new house for a long time, but when it is time to move on, I hope that David is still providing home inspection services.

David and his daughter were very professional and extremely efficient, friendly, and helpful. They explained their services and answered all of my questions before getting started. Everything is electronic making it easy to sign up and pay. Love it! Expect your report within a few hours although mine took about 24. Still, no complaints.

I was immediatley drawn to the website by paypal (lol). In this day in age people aren't really technically incline so I was drawn by that. Now getting to the point David has a professional team and his work ethic exceeded my expectation. David gave a thorough report of the home insepction and seems to document items very well and professionally. This is a great company of integrity and professionalism. He will answer any questions you have on the report thats not clear as well. I would give the 10 stars if I could! Thanks David!
