Well, I was shocked about the horrible service, or NON service I received. THey showed up to give a quote, BUT, they NEVER showed up to do the work, they kept pulling me along for a I know 2 weeks telling me that they were going to send a quote, they NEVER did! When I called, they sent me to a voicemail or I would speak to the installer to promise to send it! I have NEVER been treated like this. HORRIBLE! I was referred by another reputable company. I will surely let them know too! I'm upset because before they went to look at the job, we spent a great deal of time talking about the issue.

They (2) came out, identified certain valves that needed to be replaced, took the faucet apart and determined that it was defective. I had already ordered a replacement faucet knowing that it might be defective. They installed that and it worked perfectly! The technician's name was Shane. They were courteous, friendly, prompt and did excellent work. Shane is very knowledgeable.

Excellent. They came on time. Explained what needed to be done. Work was accomplished within the bounds of my hot water heater warranty. I would highly recommend their service.

Tech arrived on time and had the courtesy to remove his shoes before coming inside without me having to ask. He was professional and honest in his assessment of my issues. He had all parts on his truck and was able to perform the job in an extremely timely and efficient manner.

Mike called ahead and let me know when he was coming, performed diagnostic tests to find out that I didn't need a new water heater, but instead, new thermostats. He was able to put them in within a half hour and educate me a little more about the generals of water heaters. I found him very professional, super informative, and the cost reasonable. I had a great experience with them and would definitely use them again!

It was a great experience. The technician arrived when they said he would and fixed the problem in no time. He was friendly and professional. I will definitely hire this Celey's Quality Plumbing again when in need of plumbing.

He arrived on time and he was very professional. He spent no more than 30 minutes assessing the problem. And he did that by flushing the toilet several times and looking around it with his flashlight. He did not need to take it apart and he did not find a leak therefore no repairs were needed. My issue is that he charged us $115. He stated that the amount covered his trip and labor. I feel we were significantly overcharged. For this reason we will not use them again.

The initial estimate process was easy and they gave us a great price. The work was easy to schedule, went quickly, was professionally done and the plumbers were personable, professional, and left the house the same as when they left it. The icing on the cake was when we thought there was an issue with the venting after they installed the new drain, called with the issue, they came out that day and found that we had clogged the drain. They fixed the clog, fixed a leaking faucet, and removed an old pipe that was in the way. Truly A+ service - customers for life.

They're awesome! Their service is excellent. Their technicians are very friendly, they're prompt. They schedule when they come. They're very nice technicians.

It was fine, he does good work. It was a good job. They are reasonable, on time, they just do a good job.

They are great and I love their service! I think the fact that when I call them, they give me a very specific time when they can come for an appointment. If they are ever late, they will call and let me know.

During the plumbing rough-in they neglected to put any support under the bathtub in our master bathroom. had our inspector not found it we would have eventually fallen through while sitting in it. The final work was even worse. We failed the first inspection when the town inspector immediately found a leak under the kitchen sink. I looked arround myself and found a leak on the bottom of the master toilet. I recomended that they not only fix the kitchen sink but tripe check everything else as well before having it re-inspected. They did not take my advice. When the city inspector came out he quickly found another leak by the hot water heater and stopped the inspection. He was furious that they would even bring him out to look at such shotty work and said he would not allow them to use the city as their quality control check. He not only failed the inspection buy hit Celey's with a penalty as well. On top of that our master toilet was still leaking. We still have not passed a final inspection and our moving date has had to be pushed out all because Celey's can't seem to do their job. I will update when/if the work is ever complete.

Celey's comes when called. They are clean, professional, and congenial. They do not leave a mess and can help you understand the problem they are repairing. We always call Celey's first.

They are good. I think they're the best and most of my neighbors use them.
