Description of Work: Piano had not been tuned in close to ten years. Barnes identified piano condition and described proposed scope of repair. Once agreed upon he worked to complete the repair over a roughly two hours. The tuning was completed with very good results. The tuner was very professional and informative.

Description of Work: Tim arrived on time. Was professional and knowledgeable . He was able to tell me information about my piano that I did not know, as to the make, model, when it was made and where. Unfortunately my piano had some previous damage that compromised Tim's ability to tune the piano. Even though I was sad about the shape of the piano, I felt like what Tim taught me about piano tuning and buying used piano's was worth the time and money.

Description of Work: He was very thorough and attentive. You could tell he loves his work. He tuned a piano that had been moved across the country and then sat in storage for 9 months, so it needed a lot of work. He also took care of another minor issue free of charge, and gave us a lot of advice on care of the instrument.

Description of Work: We were very pleased with our service from the scheduling to the completion of the tuning. They are very professional about responding to your request and following up on your appointment time. Tim was here exactly on time and assessed our piano first, and then went over everything with us before he started any repairs. We had a tuning a year ago and were told our piano couldn't be brought to pitch all at one time. Tim assured us it could be done, but would just take extra time. It sounds great! Never sounded so good! We were so excited to have our completely in tune since it had been given to us. I will definitely use them again for all my followup tunings! Thanks Tim for an excellent job! Never knew how much difference a correct tuning could make.

Description of Work: Mr. Barnes completed the piano tuning capably and in a professional manner. The only reason why I might not use him again is because the price of the tuning without Angie's discount, will be a bit higher than I normally pay.
