After receiving your review I immediately checked all of the emails on our company server for the past 6-12 months, all of our Angie's List purchases/messages for the same time period, and all of my personal email history. I cannot find any record of receiving any email(s) from you or anyone at your address. However, I have no way to contact you to try to discover where the technological glitch occurred. I understand you are upset, I would be too. If you are amicable and can give me a moment of your time I would like to speak to you personally to learn exactly what time/date you sent the messages and whether it was through one of the forms on our website, a traditional email, the Angie's List Message Board, or our live website chat service. If there is a technological failure in our system I would like to discover it and address it asap.
