Description of Work: They repaired an old upright piano. I really wanted it done and as far as I know they did a good job. It sounds good now. The price was steep but the piano is important to me and I was very glad to find someone who had the expertise that was needed. They came all the way from Charlotte, about an hour's drive. I am very pleased with their service.

When I responded, he gave me choices for available appts within a few days, He was punctual and did a very professional job. I am very glad that we have a piano tuner close by and that we will be on an annual schedule.
Description of Work: Piano had not been tuned in several years.... it needed a pitch raise and fine tuning. Work completed was excellent and exactly what we discussed.

 + -1 moreHe arrived a bit late, but called to explain why as he was coming over. The piano came apart easily so he could access the board for tuning, and he was very good at explaining everything as he went along. It took some time, almost two hours total, but there was a lot to be done. I am impressed that such a young man was so qualified and did such a great job.
Description of Work: A very old piano which had been moved twice, it required 2 pitch raises, which added to the cost. I was extremely pleased with the work done and the professionalism shown. It sounds better than we had even hoped!

He returns calls promptly, shows up for scheduled appointments precisely on time and leaves the piano sounding great.
