+ -1 moreThis man is a crook. He hires sub contractors and says he will pay them when the job is done. He then creates a stall by not having all of the materials on the job, finishes the job himself and refuses to pay the sub contractor. He goes as far as to say he was not paid by the homeowners which also makes him a liar. He will use your deposit to pay for materials for the next job because he doesn't have a cash flow. He really has no idea how to run a business, nor does he know the code for the county is is working in.

+ 0 moreWalnut Creek Construction Management LLC is the most dishonest company we have ever encountered. They took a down payment via credit card for 50% of framing work they were supposed to do on our home. They have since disappeared, blocked our email address and refuse to answer our calls or texts. Meanwhile, the homeowner down the street told us they did a horrible job on their renovations and have not completed the work. I wouldn't even give them one star. Do not use this company!! They stole our money!

+ -1 moreIncluded on the price was that Tony would buy the materials. Tony Bentley did some works on our outside deck and for this year it was the shelving on the garage, Tony has always been professional and on time, I have enjoyed working with him.
