+ -1 moreI called Lewis on a Saturday afternoon explained my problem. He came out next day (Sunday) looked at what I needed told me what he would do in detail and gave me a firm fair price. Monday he came out with his equipment while I was at work did the job exactly the way we discussed leaving no mess behind. I highly recommend Lewis he did a great job for a fair price. I will definitely call him again if I need his service.
Description of Work: Removed large growth of pompas grass and back filled hole left by root ball.

+ -1 moreThis gentleman was just that a true hardworking, honest gentleman. He was professional, prompt, and did exactly what he said he would do. We had several days of rain which prevented the start of the project, but as soon as he thought it was safe to do the job, he contacted us. He came that day and worked until evening. He moved the dirt around and packed it down so the ground was smooth. He removed a dirt pile from the back of our yard to help create a swell to prevent the water from running towards the house. He gave us tips about how we should best prevent erosion into our driveway near the grading. Overall it was a great experience and we would highly recommend him to anyone. You definitely get more than you even pay for when you hire him.
Description of Work: We decided to have a new deck done and needed to have a 12'x 30' concrete pad removed. In addition, we were having trouble with the grade of our yard pushing water towards our house, where it would run under the house and collect. After being contacted, he came very promptly and gave us a free estimate for the removal of the pad and the grading. We discussed with him the other estimates we had received varying from 3,000-10,000 dollars to fix our water problem. He said that some simple grading which would divert the water around the house would fix the problem without spending unnecessary money. He came and did exactly what was described for the quoted price. He even moved some dirt in the woods beside our house because we asked and did not charge us a dime extra.
