This company was extremely professional from the initial estimate to the commmnication and installation. We are very happy with the final result and highly recommend LCI. Our backyard looks amazing!

The company is small and the owner was greatly involved. Despite a detailed set of plans, many mistakes were made during the project, which when pointed out the owner fixed without question. While he fixed the mistakes the process became very tedious. If I was not around the house as much as I was, the mistakes would have been completed and the do overs would have been very complicated to complete. They did a great job on the paver patio and it appears they installed it properly. They did a terrible job of back filling the disturbed areas and fixing the locations were their truck disturbed the lawn. They also did not properly grub the cleared areas and did not complete that part of the project to spec. They started late and it took more time than estimated to complete. My gut feel is that toward the end the owner just wanted to leave the project and his attention to detail got very bad. I had to re-grade and compact the disturbed areas and I had to re-set the irrigation heads that where not properly re-set by his crew. The back fill in way of the pond is still very mushy and will need to be re-addressed in the future. While the owner is a very nice man, his ability to manage the project without a lot of oversight is in question. He did correct things when they were brought to his attention but in the end it was easer to fix the final mistakes by myself. I am not sure I would engage the company again but as I have not worked with other landscape companies I can make no judgement as to thier comparative quality.
