Description of Work: Housemaster's provided professional services from the moment I talked them on the phone the very first time, before the service, during the inspection, and the follow up. They were punctual, answered our numerous questions, and made us aware of issues that needed to be followed up by various specialized professionals. We have used them twice and could not be happier. |

Description of Work: My home was inspected by Mark Crawford. He was friendly, punctual and professional. My only comment which relates to the company and not the inspector is in the email they send you of items included in your inspection it list a preferred vendor coupon book (3000 value). I did not receive this and was told they do not offer it even though they promote it as part of the service. I felt they should have offered something comparable in lieu. This is false advertising. My pricing was 149 for the radon test and 494 for the inspection and termite check.
