Dry Pro Foundation and Crawlspace Specialists

I had multiple piers installed for my foundation. I believe the guys who did the install did a good job. My complaint is that the Chase Hartis did not ever provide me with the "guarantee paperwork" even after I emailed him for the followup. It's also just about impossible to get a phone call answered when I call the main office.

Gerber and his teammates Edwin and Kyriee did a great job. They completed the basement waterproofing quickly and professionally. They had to carry a large number of bags of concrete debris up a slippery grass slope, and they did this without complaint. Thank you guys for a job well done.

Mang, Ethan, and Kyrree were AMAZING. We were on the verge of a major housing disaster and they came and repaired everything. Our crawlspace is large and very tight and the amount of work needed was extensive. They were professional and didn't complain. DryPro is an amazing company and the price they quoted was fair for the amount of work needed. We are thankful they are the ones who answered our request!

Gerber, Jacob, and Travis were VERY professional and friendly. They did an excellent job clearing out the old polyvinyl, smoothing the crawl space dirt floor, and installing the new white vinyl. Corners were secure and sheets were overlapped. If possible, I would request this crew for any future projects.

Justin D, Juan R and Josiah P were a great team to work with. They arrived on time, explained the process and got to work immediately. They were very professional and most willing to answer any questions we had. Finished result looks fantastic! The entire process from estimate to finish was very well done, and contact with every member of your staff was a pleasure. Excellent work and a job well done. I live in a home that is over 100 years old. Randall, Corey G., Bryan B., and Skylar K. came in and fixed numerous issues that were found. I now consider Randall and his group the "A Team". Not only did they take care of the problem, but they all took ownership of the project providing me with updates and considerations as their work progressed. My basement has been flooding. They cut through the concrete laid a drain that emptied into a sump pump and covered it back up with concrete. They got it all done in less than a day. I was amazed.

Customer service is more rare these days in all industry’s but these guys get it!

Excellent! Addressed my issues :-) I had numerous cracked walls, doors not closing, and a hollow sound when walking around the house - numerous problems in the crawlspace and foundation. Justin T, Joel S and Travis M came in from Dry Pro - clearly described what and how they were going to tackle the problems, confirmed with me my concerns, and then they knocked it out of the park. Oddly....I feel 20lbs lighter walking around because I no longer hear the thuds, crackles and creeks echoing when I walk across the room - and its great we can now close the bedroom doors. My experience is the same as several neighbors who had similar issues - very pleased with the results.

Iliyan, Watts, and Grace did an outstanding job on replacing the insulation, mold remediation, and vapor barrier installment. They were polite and always willing to answer all our questions.

Andrew and Cody did a fantastic job on the sidewalk concrete lifting in multiple areas. The trip hazards have been repaired along with the area cleaned up nicely. I would definitely use them again.

I am very pleased with our services from Dry Pro and the way they hold themselves accountable for quality work. This project was very detailed and worth every penny. The boards in our crawlspace were molding and very damp- only halfway through our southern summer! I feel 100% better now and glad we chose Dry Pro.

Paul Starr came out to the house and inspected the crawl space and sub-floor. He gave a thorough overview of the situation and went over long-term solutions. Although we don't have an issue that needs to be addressed immediately, we would contact Paul again if we did.

Very pleasant experience with everyone that performed services, Oscar, Andrew and Antoni very professional. They went above and beyond and explained everything in lay mans terms, so I could understand what was being performed.
