Aaron, Alex, and Noah cleaned out my crawlspace, took out old insulation, cleaned the wood beams of mold, and put in new insulation and vapor barrier.

We received an estimate 4 months ago and contracted with Dry Pro at that time. They told us the date and time that the work would begin. Indeed, this morning at 8 am the crew arrived after calling to let us know they were on the way. Team leader Chase came to the door and introduced himself and his team and told us what he would be doing today. They got right to work and worked from 8 until 4 without a break for lunch. They completed 2 days work in one day. At the end of the day Chase, Ethan, ad Steve cleaned up the removed insulation and the work area looked just like it did before they began. Chase came to the door and shared photos of our crawl space to show me the completed mold removal. These men were extremely polite and professional.

The entire job was estimated to take four days, but due to the diligence of the work crew, it was completed in three days. The crawl space looks terrific and, after the recent deluge of rain we had, everything is working as described and we have a dry crawl space. The entire process was painless with everyone arriving on time and meeting and exceeding all expectations. The cost was consistent with estimates received from other contractors.

There were several things missed a year ago when they encapsulated our crawlspace. If we did not pay for them to reinspect it at the one your anniversary and do the maintenance on the dehumidifier we would’ve never known all the things that were missed It took me four weeks of calling twice a week and emailing to get them to give us a date when they were to come back and fix it that was the biggest disappointment next to the incompleteness of the initial install When they did come back they finally did correct it correctly

These folks are excellent! I had a foundation settlement issue and got a reasonable quote and excellent warranty offer. When the team came out to do the work - Will, Blake and Isaac - they were courteous, professional and did the work quickly and cleaned up the work site after themselves. I would definitely hire Dry-Pro again!

They did an excellent job and their customer service was very good. Even their price got better as the job progressed. We would highly recommend them and we would definitely use them again.

Not long after we built our house in 1999, my wife and I had dry pro out to install a vapor barrier, a French drain along the house’s perimeter and place a humidifier in our crawl space. Since that time, we have the vapor barrier replaced with a partial encapsulation. When we had our initial work done, we were very impressed with Dry Pro and the Weatherly’s. Over the years and as they grew, we began to notice some degradation in their customer focus but not significant enough for us to go elsewhere. I think we have just hit the “significant enough” point that it is time to go elsewhere. Let me explain. Earlier this year, our little hound found some entertainment in destroying a number of downspouts and other parts of our drainage system that moved water away from the house. I called Dry Pro and set up an appointment to meeting with a representative at 2PM on the 26th of April. My schedule was rearranged and I was at the house long before the appointment time. When three o’clock rolled around and no representative had arrived or called, I checked voice mail. The representative had finished another job early and decided to come over to my place, scope the job and then call me back. The entire point of the meeting was for me to meet the Dry Pro employee and show him exactly what I wanted done. I can’t imagine how he thought not meeting me to jointly review was an acceptable plan. After the “no-show” I contacted Dry Pro and rescheduled another visit. I specifically requested that this individual not be the representative and, as you might think, it was the same guy who arrived. We walked the property, he was taking notes, taking pictures and making drawings but I didn’t get a feeling of confidence from him. As he was leaving, he told me he was going to discuss with his manager the best way to address and he would get back with him “next week.” Next week came and went and no feedback from the representative or Dry Pro. I called back and spoke to an office staff member who indicated that the manager had been out that week and the field employee had not been able to meet with him. One would have thought that would have generated a phone call advising of the delay but no such call came. The manager was to be back the following week and that the manager and the rep would be getting together to discuss. I called last Thursday to determine the status of the work request. My phone call took place around 4:30 and was told that all but the phone staff had left for the day and that the office would be closed the following day for an all employee meeting…an all-day employee meeting. It would be Monday before I would hear anything back from Dry Pro. Yesterday, May 13, I called Dry Pro in the middle part of the afternoon. Again I was asking about the status of my request. They had no information. Today I discovered a message on my home voice mail from the representative saying that could fix part of the problem for $150. The rest of the issues that don’t address anymore. Long story short, it took Dry Pro over two weeks to figure out “they don’t do that anymore.” Absolutely unbelievable, horrible customer service. I will not look for a vendor to address the immediate issue that was described earlier and one who can service my sump-pumps and de-humidifier. The story of Dry Pro in the Charlotte area, in my opinion, is a sad one. They went from being a very customer centric organization some 18 or so years ago to one that exudes a “we don’t care attitude” toward long term customers.

The gentleman from DryPro was to meet me at the property at 9am to give me a quote on the work that needs done. I admit that I was running a few minutes behind, but I was in contact with him so he knew that I was coming, but I got there about 5 minutes after 9am Right from the beginning he was very rude to me and unprofessional. Anything I said to him was met with a very defensive response, seemingly for no reason. I had met with another vendor about the same job and had a completely civil and normal interaction, so I am a bit confused by the way I was treated. At this point I would not want this company or any of it's representatives to do work on any of the properties I am responsible for and couldn't recommend that anyones else does either.

They did what they said they would do. No surprises. Prompt, cleaned up each day. Handled a problem with a sub contractor immediately. Two employees are real super stars -- Adam ( last name not known ) and Tabatha Lowell.

Work went well for the most part. After the initial work was completed my soon went under the house and found additional areas that should have been identified by Dry-Pro and fixed. As a result they had to come back and do more work. This increased the cost of the entire project.

Amazing company and people. Installed a Sump Pump in basement. Kevin Long the Dry Pro System Design Specialist said their crew could install the system in 4 hours which I thought was impossible. However, Chinno, Adan and Noah arrived on time and completed the work in less than 4 hours with impeccable installation quality and cleanliness. These guys know what they are doing and are real professionals. The system and service exceeds all expectations. Even their service truck was neat! Highly recommended.

It was awesome. It was very good. They came out and suggested the solutions. We work on schedule and everything got done. I was very pleased.

My property had a terrible moisture problem for years and developed mold and rot of the entire floor system. I selected the proposal from Dry Pro (about a year ago) The total cost was about $35,000 and I was very happy with the work done. I gave them an "A" at the time. I am still happy with the work but now very unhappy with their business practices. I received an email recently advising that the annual maintenance was due on the dehumidifier at a cost of $125. I advised that I would prefer to do the maintenance myself and inquired as to the cost of the filter that needed to be replaced periodically. I was told that they would not sell the filters without purchasing the annual maintenance! As far as I can tell the filter (similar to a furnace filter) is a proprietary size that is not readily available elsewhere. After multiple inquiries they finally agreed to sell a filter but were not allowed to sell more than one at a time at a cost of $37.54?? What?? Seems to me to be an unreasonable leverage to essentially force customers to pay their "annual maintenance" fee whether it is wanted or not .. either pay for the annual maintenance or be saddled with a $1500 dehumidifier that you can't readily get filters for. Not a happy camper

DP did a very good job in laying out the requirements and performing the work. The crew of Cory, Gerber, Zach and Jose communicated well with us and within themselves.

Extremely well. Communication with company prior to the job was very good and without any need for calls or questions. Peripheral drains and sump pump installed quickly and efficiently, workers were all professional; arrived on time and finished the job when estimated; afterwards basement was dry and no further leaks, even tiny ones. Basement low spot and drain direction was expertly determined and drain trays placed under jack-hammered peripheral troughs, then covered smoothly with cement; sump pump works wonderfully. Cleanup was complete and

The technicians were fantastic. They finished work ahead of schedule. The team had to pump more fill than they had estimated but the cost stayed the same as what was quoted.

WOW! If I would have ever imagined it would be this easy and look this good I would have had it done long ago! I had talked to several folks before but when I talked to my sales rep, Maddison my concerns were laid to rest. Maddison addressed all of my concerns, many before I even asked them, and offered me visuals that I really needed. My technicians, Rodney & Cody were beyond super! They were very concerned that my floor be as perfect as they could make it. They were actually concerned that their personal reputation was directly reflected in the work! How long since you have ever seen that pride in a craftsman’s work? I built my house 28 years ago and Rodney & Cody are be BEST workers that have EVER worked on my house! Thank you DRY•PRO, Madison, Rodney & Cody for a job very well done.

Dry Pro came out quickly and gave a competitive estimate. Buyer backed out of the sale, so we did not use them in the end, but their knowledge and professionalism warranted a review.

Rodney and Jose did a great job! They were very professional, and explained the process clearly. Made sure I was pleased before leaving. Our driveway was sinking in certain sections, and it now looks great!

I couldn't be more pleased with the professionalism, knowledge, and responsiveness that we received from the beginning to end of our foundation/crawlspace repair. We knew from our initial meeting with David Smith that we would be in good hands and that the job would be done right. He gave us peace of mind after having a poor experience with a competitor and was responsive to our questions and kept his promises on timing and process. The crew (John Webster, Ryan Alley, & Jacob Sanchez) were on-time, friendly, and efficient. It was clear that the scope of the project was well communicated and planned. They communicated their progress and set realistic expectations as far as leveling results and any potential cosmetic cracking that may occur. They took great care to ensure that no significant cracking occurred! The crew even cleaned out some debris that was left from a previous contractor and was sure to sweep the driveway before leaving. We are thrilled with not only with the results, but with the entire process. Dealing with contractors can be stressful, but DryPro made it easy. I will definitely recommend DryPro to friends and I will probably be calling again soon for some additional work!
