Description of Work: Our house was settling too much and needed more support. Dry Pro installed 3 piers to provide a more solid foundation and halt the shifting. They were very professional and much more affordable than the other company that gave us a quote. If we ever need this service again then we will call them again. We have recommended them to others.

Description of Work: In 2010, Dry Pro encapsulated my crawlspace, installed a sump pump and a dehumidifier. I have these serviced regularly by them. Over the recent humid and rainy weather, the humidity in the crawlspace was registering too high and they came out and tweaked the dehumidifier. The humidity reading went down to where it should be.

Description of Work: We had Dry-Pro complete 2 different projects. | |One was an interior drain system and Bright Wall along the front and 1 side of our Basement. This install was wonderful and it works great. | |Second project was structure work with a Girder support wall and some joist / band sill replacement. Had a few issues with the joist repair but Dry-Pro made everything right!

Description of Work: Provided full mold remediation to crawlspace and installed 10 miles cleanspace liner, dehumidifier,condensation pump, humidity monitor, dedicated outlet for dehumidifier and condensation pump. |It was a smooth process with effective communication with Nick Sackinger, Donnie and Judy of Dry-Pro and AdvantaClean staff. I did not have effective communication with Roby Electric. They did not contact me regarding the date/time to install the dedicated outlet. I had to contact Nick who immediately handled the issue. Thanks to all of the Dry-Pro staff.

Description of Work: I contacted them to come inspect my garage interior, as my home is on a slab and appeared to be showing efflorescence. Lance came and confirmed that the moisture issues are typical of a slab home, and not detrimental nor worrisome. He confirmed that no remediation was needed, and gave great consult. I fully appreciate the way my inquiry was handled, along with the appointment process, and Lance's punctuality, professionalism, and commitment to providing sound advice....all while no business for Dry-Pro would result today.
