Very impressed with the work that Foreman Oscar Corwin and team Member Antonio did. I know the work was very hard but they worked very hard to make sure that all was done in a very professional manner. They made sure that I understood the process. Patrick did a great job on the outside door entrance to the crawlspace. Job well done by everyone. Mike Boatman was just great to work with and made a special trip to explain the process to our Parsonage and Trustee Committee. The electrician was great also and did the work in a timely manner. Thanks to all. David Sigmon of Rehobeth United Methodist Church.

The salesman mislead the work that was to be performed we based our choice on all companies providing a French drain even had the question in an e mail all other bids had French drain this was not what was provided. made statements to our questions that we found out was not all true asked how long take to get results reducing our moisture reading after installed told it would take 6 weeks. The salesman was informed first day I was upset with being mislead he has yet to reach out to me. asked several times if Angie's list had 11 % discount and our scope work much more why they would not offer a 11% discount. Total space was 1268 square feet the total cost was $7600.00 we did not pick the cheapest like reviews on dry pro the crew was GREAT it was being mislead by salesmen that leaves bad taste in ones mouth

Response from Dry Pro Foundation and Crawlspace Specialists
Hey [Member name removed], Thank you very much for the feedback you provided on Angie's List. Please be assured that we take every customer response seriously and want to ensure all necessary steps are taken in order to ensure 100 percent customer satisfaction. In response to your feedback, I believe there is a misunderstanding in terminology as your system has full perimeter pipe and sock drain, also known as a french drain. I am meeting with your Design Specialist David this morning to go over your project in detail and we will follow up with you with the result of that conversation. In the meanwhile please do not hesitate to reach out to us directly with any questions or concerns.

The entire process was seamless. From the initial quotation from Jeremy, he walked through all the details and provided a quote on the spot. To the actual installation where the crew Tony, Jose and Royce arrived exactly when they were scheduled, great installation job and finally a job site that was left clean without debris. Thanks to ALL. Would definitely hire again!

I contacted Dry-Pro to assess and provide an estimate for foundation repair, My home is on a slab and several cracks had appeared in doorways. A significant crack ran along a stairway. I was mailed a packet of material that explained various problems and remedies regarding foundation issues. David Smith, Inspector, met with me, assessed the issues, explained a patented product Dry-Pro uses called PolyLevel, and later that day emailed an estimate and a diagram of the project. His approach was educational and there were no high pressure sales gimmicks. The project was scheduled and Jeff,(Foreman) and Wes arrived on time. They were very professional in appearance and behavior. They reviewed the project with me as they walked it out and prepared the material. They worked efficiently and they were not intrusive. They answered all my questions respectfully and thoroughly. As they worked, I heard them exclaim to one another how good the results were. They were genuinely proud of their work, their skill, and their company. David Smith came by during the project and inspected the work and insured my satisfaction. .I could not be more pleased with the results. The cracks sealed to the degree that most are essentially invisible. There were no surprises except I found that the banister that had been loose was now tight and secure and a toilet that was loose (had wax rings replaced twice) was instantly tight and can no longer be budged. I am delighted! This was the easiest, most efficient, most professionally conducted project, I have ever had completed on my home. I highly recommend Dry-Pro for the education they provide, their professionalism, and the quality of their work!!!

They drilled holes in the drive to inject the polymer to lift the section, along with sealing cracks and holes to prevent future problems. Madison, Jeff, Kelvin, and Wes communicated what they were doing and what to expect from start to finish. They were on-time, courteous, welcomed questions, and professional. The leveling work gave me the results they described. While their price was a bit more expensive, their work and customer focus was worth it.

Perfect. The sales gentleman, Jeramey Lutinski was very thorough and clearly explained the process. The Dry Pro office team contacted me in a timely manner and the date was set. Foreman, Orlando, and his crew, Francisco and Nahit showed up at the house and were very detailed and walked around the house with me and explained the process and double checked with me regarding the landscape. Our job was completed in two days. When the project was complete, the team was very thorough taking care of getting all of the dirt back in place and took the time to spread straw in the yard. I am very pleased with the work by Dry Pro.

Updated Review Ok, i am changing my initial review. This has been a challenging project that has required multiple trips to resolve our issues. I have to say that the Dry Pro guys stuck with me and did everything in their power to make me happy. This included coming back on their dime multiple times to fix what needed to be fixed. I have to give these guys kudos for sticking with the job until the requirements were met. Time will tell if the latest work will solve our issues, but thumbs up! First Review Terrible. These guys do not take pride in their work. finishing touches were terrible, pipes were buried an inch or two, their exit lines are uneven and already coming loose. Sales was very accommodating, but poor communication with the people actually doing the work. STAY AWAY. seriously, I have more headaches now that they have done work. I will work with another company to do the job right.

First off let me say I’m an old school guy and I don’t give out trophy’s to folks for just showing up. That said DryPro did an outstanding job on my project. This was no small job. Fiberglass floor insulation was wet and falling down. Virtually all of the floor support system was rotted and required replacement. The entire crawl was covered with mold. I had gotten a quote from a DryPro competitor and almost pulled the trigger but at the last minute decided to get another quote /opinion and I am sure glad I did. Rich came out, did a thorough inspection of the crawlspace and offered options to address the problems. No hard sell but rather multiple possibilities within various budgets. I liked their approach and agreed on a plan and price. First DryPro arranged for the wet insulation to be removed and mold treated by a partner company. No problem there as the work was done on time and properly. The wood repair was completed by James and his crew of Dustin and Rigo. They were great. These guys were very concerned with doing the job right. They even obtained approval to install an additional drop girder (at no additional cost) that was not on the original proposal just to ensure that the final result was top notch. They also saved me some money by finding a small area of wood that was not damaged and could be salvaged. Finally Adan and Chino installed the Cleanspace vapor barrier, vent seals and de-humidification system. This was obviously not their first rodeo as they were in and out in no time and the installation was very neat and thorough. Every part of this process went smoothly, with good communication and the final product was exceptional. I would recommend these guys without reservation.

From the beginning of the sales process, to the scheduling, and to the actual work performed everything was professional and completed as expected. A truly professional experience from beginning to end. I was very impressed with the crew that did the work (Cory, Travis, & Reid) - they arrived when they were supposed to, kept me updated on all their progress, asked for my input, were professional, did very quality work, and cleaned up before they left. A+ all the way around.

Everything was great until the install. The electrician they hired couldn't do the job. They also started before our scheduled time and were drilling a hole into my brick when I drove up. If they would have waited until I was home, like they were supposed to, they could have tried from the electrical box just inside the door. They determined they could not get power to the electrical box because of a wall. I spoke to the project manager from Dry-Pro. His solution was for me to hire my preferred electrician and Dry-Pro would reimburse me the difference if it cost more then what they would have charged for the electrical work. I hired Roby Electric and they had no problem running power from my interior electrical box to my crawl space. It ended up being $60 more. I emailed and called my contacts at Dry-pro for 2 weeks with no response. Eventually, I talked to someone on the phone and they said they mailed the check that day. A simple reply to my emails would have gone a long way. Instead I felt like they were ignoring and avoiding me. It's been a few days, and I haven't received the check. Maybe it will come today. They guys installing the vapor barrier cut all of my cables that were running under my house so I lost internet until Time Warner could come fix it. I'm not sure why they did that. The vapor barrier and dehumidifier were installed fine besides that. The foreman of that crew was very nice and helpful. The installation of the smart jack was the only part of the that went as I expected. The guy doing that was knowledgeable and professional.

The entire process was very professionally executed. Dry-Pro systems came out (David) and examined the crawl space, took pictures of the worst problem areas, tested the joists and support beams for moisture content and thoroughly explained their process for remediation of our problem. I was impressed by their thoroughness and I was confident that their proposal was a total solution backed by science that I could easily reference. The Dry-Pro work team assigned to my project ( Tony, Demario, & Jose ) were very professional and extremely friendly. They called before they arrived, arrived when they said they would and worked very conscientiously. They answered all of my questions and it was obvious they knew their business. I could also tell they enjoyed working for Dry-Pro so I think that says something about the company. This is very hard work but they kept a very pleasant attitude and the whole project couldn't have gone smoother. Tony pointed out that I had a slow drip under our shower drain and a drain line for our upstairs HVAC system had become disconnected in the crawl space. So I got a plumber and our HVAC guys out to immediately address these issues. They all showed up at the same time but it did not affect this Dry Pro team from getting the job done! They finished the job in less time than was estimated and I now have a dry and beautiful crawl space and I no longer have to worry about decaying floors, mold, etc. In the last hour of my project, a DRY PRO manager drove up to inspect the work and talk to me to make sure I was satisfied. You very seldom find great service like this so I am impressed. Thanks again to Tony, DeMario & Jose! You are all hard working young men of good character. God Bless You Guys!
Description of Work: Like a lot of home owners with dirt crawl spaces in the the South, I have had an ongoing moisture and drainage problem under our home. When it rained we would have standing water under the lowest end of the crawl space and the entire dirt floor remained wet and damp year round. Dry Pro Basement Systems installed drain lines in our dirt crawlspace, insulated the foundation walls, installed a plastic liner, dehumidifier, sump pump, monitor /alarm. They also replaced a rotting beam and the accompanying floor joists.

The slab crack was just filled, no stitch weld as per agreement. Then I noticed the grinding was not done and was left off the reworked quote. Seemingly my fault but initial quote grinding was there and then gone with the second quote. Yes my fault for not being more thorough with the contract but I know the salesperson knew it should have been there. After months of no floors in my home I just wanted it fixed. I was going to call but in re reading contract the grinding was not there. Now my husband and I are killing ourselves trying to finish the job they were supposed to do so I can actually have floors in my home. I made a big mistake hiring DryPro over others. They made me jump through a million hoops to get a quote. I recommend using a different company and VERIFY everything in your contract especially if the contract has been reworked several times. I blame the salesperson for not including the grinding in the contract as discussed. I am not better off now than I was when I found the crack. I would have been better off doing all of this myself, saving 3000, and I would have floors by now. Do yourself a favor and select another company.

They called me about 30 minutes prior to their arrival to make me aware of when they would arrive. The crew consisting of Trauls, Corry and Corwin arrived at their stated time. They explained the work they would be performing and checked to see if I had any questions. They promptly set to work and the job was completed in about 3 hours. The crew showed me pictures of the work that was done in the crawlspace and along the side of the house. They were very professional and a friendly group of guys. I appreciate their time and the great work that they did.
Description of Work: When it rained we had water that tracked into our crawlspace causing moisture to collect at the far corner of our home. We contracted with Dry Pro to have vapor barrier placed and place a cement seal to prevent water from leaking under our crawlspace door. They also created 2 downspout outlets to drain the water away from the house

A recent evaluation of my crawlspace revealed evidence of prior standing water and a flexing floor underneath my master bedroom. I called Dry-Pro to make a comprehensive inspection of the crawlspace and foundation around my home because of their excellent reputation and scope of work. With evidence of prior water I wanted the assurance that the foundation hadn't been compromised in any way and that there wasn't any mold growth. Thank goodness, there was neither! Dan the design specialist was extremely thorough in his inspection, and carefully explained that during heavy downpours that water was most likely penetrating the crawlspace where the footings and walls meet rather than coming from moisture in the ground and that an encapsulation wasn't necessary, but a french drain accompanied with a couple of sump pumps would assure that any water would be captured and removed from the crawlspace. Once a system was designed, Dry-Pro made all the necessary appointments and inspections and kept me well informed at each step. They installed SmartJacks to stabilize the sagging floor joist. Foreman John and his team of Jerry and Orlando gave me a first-hand tour of the work, made pictures available for future reference, and tidied the vapor barrier where it had been separated before. I was quite impressed with how sturdy those steel supports look and wish I could have had the whole house built on them. Within days, the waterproofing began, with team Chino, Adan, and Gerber. They worked all day cutting in the drains and carrying gravel from the truck, then upon completion thoroughly gave me a walk-through and pictures of the installed equipment. Chino informed me of how the sump pumps would work in conjunction with the drains, and what to do in the event the electricity went out or the alarm went off. The drains exit to the rear of the house and are buried so you don't even notice that they're there. I'm so glad that I chose Dry-Pro. Their professionalism and excellent workmanship has provided peace-of-mind with my crawlspace. They'll also be back annually to check the flow of the drains and clean the sump pumps. I couldn't have asked for a better experience with a problem that initially gave me such angst.
