Description of Work: Everything went exactly as proposed and schedule with the exception of the of the installation of the dehumidifier. The unit we order was on back order for almost 30 days, but the team kept us informed and we are very satisfied with the result.

Description of Work: I have used their services for seven years. They come each year for an inspection. They show up on time and everything has been fine.

Description of Work: They came out and looked at basement so that if I add insulation the wood inspection will be complete without insulation interfering. Opinions were given on amount of energy savings by adding insulation and the price they quoted for insulation was less than a major chain store's contractor. Wood in basement was fine for a 60+ year old house.

Description of Work: We had installed a dehumidifier in our crawl space around 7 years ago which stopped working this summer. I called Dry pro to look at it and give an estimate on repair or replacing it. While the 7 years was a short life for the old dehumidifier, they told me it could not be repaired and gave an estimate on replacing it. I accepted the estimate and they returned with the new dehumidifier and pump in around a week. Everything went as promised. I accepted the price since it was about the same as what I had paid 7 years ago and I could not find any price information to compare it to.

Description of Work: Dry Pro came in and estimated the costs to reduce the humidity in my crawl space. They gave me a couple of options which allowed me to see if the first treatment was adequate without having to go all out and do a full-blown encapsulation. They did not try to talk me into the more expensive option which I appreciated. I contracted with them to seal the vents, door, clean the area, stake down the existing plastic barrier, install a humidifier and condensation pump, add an intake vent for the furnace, etc. I did not care for the placement of the air intake vent so they gladly came back out and re-routed the vent to my satisfaction. All very courteous, professional and punctual. I would highly recommend them for crawl space issues.
