+ -1 moreThey did an excellent job. Completed the work on time and did a very good job. I am having them do additional work - complete remodel of the master bathroom. The windows appear as though they were installed originally to the house.
Description of Work: They installed 2 new windows (where there was not a window before as well as repaired some molding that i attempted to do.

+ 0 moreThere were a few glitches which is to be expected. During our selection process we were sure we wanted to use him but suddenly we were not hearing from him. That was an oversite on his team and not him. They went on vacation and we felt we should have been informed that they were going to be unavailable for a while. Instead, we thought they did not want the job and began interviewing other companies. Thank goodness he listened to our concerns about keeping us informed and we selected his company....best decision ever.
Description of Work: We had a 20 x 17 slab on the back of the house that we decided we would like to convert to a covered patio. We wanted a peak and for the addition to look as though it had always been a part of the house and not just an "ad on". We had the wood that would show wrapped. Jeremy handled all aspects of the construction from getting permits and inspections to overseeing the jobs that were being done. The ceiling is covered and we added an outdoor fan and flood lights. The addition could easily be converted to a screened in room if we ever decided to go further with it. The posts holding the addition are cemented several feel below ground level. The addition is beautiful. Way grandeur than I envisioned. Jeremy is friendly, cheerful and a young family man working on building his business.
