+ -1 moreI knew what the problem was before calling. The capacitor had leaked a lot of oil and was obviously bad. Service tech arrived and verified the problem and replaced the capacitor which repaired the unit.
Description of Work: Replaced a condenser fan capacitor which returned the AC back into operation.

+ -1 moreI give this company a D rating because they could have told me about the reset button over the phone instead of coming out and charging me 100 dollars. They were not professional or courteous and I would not recommend them to anyone.
Description of Work: One of the outlets in my house was not working. Carter came out and pushed the reset button on the outlet and charged me a service call and labor to do so.
