Description of Work: Repair due to poor air conditioning from Goodman heat pump. He evaluated the system and told me the discrepancies with how it had been installed that were affecting the cooling, and said a valve replacement was needed, and said they would return. He gave a ball park estimate of repair. They returned on the day promised, without the replacement valve, but used another part in place of the valve. They also modified the length of the tubing and found a leak and added refrigerant. I was concerned about the extra costs, but the charge was close to what they said it would be. This was the first time I used this service. The only problem to me was that the man talked too much saying "I have some good news and some bad news" and too fast, so that was somewhat irritating, but overall I am pleased with the promptness of their service and the way the system works now.
