John was very prompt in doing the initial repair so that I could use my kitchen sink, and then came back within the week to install a new toilet, kitchen sink and faucet. He helped me choose fixtures that were within my budget but were durable and matched the style of my kitchen/bathroom. He is very knowledgeable and thus was able to explain technical issues clearly, and pointed out things I need to look out for in the future. I was very satisfied with the quality of his work.

It went well. I called originally on Monday. John told me he could do it Wednesday. He arrived as planned and was very efficient in what he did. He was here for about 2 hours. Everything is great. While he was working he also answered questions about some farther reaching plans that I'm not ready to follow up on yet, but somewhere down the line. It ended up that I needed an electrician for the dishwasher and he gave me the name of an electrician he had experience with. And he had the name of another contractor for me for another job I'm planning. John really couldn't have done a better job.

Mr. McLeod scheduled me for prompt service, picked up the new faucet and installed it within the week. He is friendly and affable, did an excellent job and the charges were reasonable.
