Stephen Phenneger is a true gentleman that listens to his clients needs and works hard to satisfy his client and beyond. We are just half way through the project and delayed because a generational snow storm, we know he will stay on top of the conditions and finish when it is safe and able to within our needed due date. We will be hiring Sky High and Mr. Phenneger for many future projects and recommend him to friends. It is a pleasure to find such a person with integrity, honesty and skills.
