Exceeded our expectations. He said they would be there by around 7am. I assumed that they would be like most contractors and roll in maybe by 9. Wrong! They were hard at work at 7:15! They were as artistic as they were professional. Instead of just cutting trees down, they limbed and shaped them using amazing climbing abilities. They also removed sick and crowded trees. Along the way they taught us a lot about our trees and how to care for them. They are friendly, professional and extremely good at what they do. If you have to wait for them - do- they are worth it. Besides, it just shows that other folks have had the same experience we had.

I called Mr. Hicks and asked if he could come out and look at a tree and some limbs that needed to be cut. He came out that afternoon and gave me an estimate. I told him that he could come back any time to do the work; I did not need to be home. About one week later, I came home from work and everything was done. I thought his price was very fair and he is easy to work with and does a nice job. We did not have them clean up and carry away the tree or limbs they cut: the clean up would add significantly to the cost of the job.
