We called AUS Plumbing at 1215pm Tuesday June 3 and left a voice mail. Gary with AUS Plumbing called back at 1237pm and I explained to him our problem with the clogged drain in our bathtub. They told us they were nearby and would be at our house shortly. True to his word, they pulled up less than 20 minutes later. After giving the drain a fast, expert appraisal, he had the drain cleared in no time. So, from the time we called to the time our problem was fixed, we were all taken care of in way less than an hour! This is not our first experience with AUS Plumbing and if we ever have another plumbing problem you can rest assured we will turn to them again. Fast, professional service and reasonable prices.......what more could you ask for? Thanks, AUS!

Mr. Sykes worked with us to find a toilet that was better quality than what you could get at Home Depot, but still within our price range. There was a problem with the initial installation, but he came right back to fix it when we let him know. The sink problem he fixed in a matter of minutes. He has since given advice on who to call (landscaper) for a water drainage problem in our yard that is not something he services, along with basic information about what we might need to have done.

AUS had done excellent work for us in the past, so I called to get a recommendation for a non-clogging toilet. They suggested a Gmax toilet by TOTO. I approved the estimate; they did the install and removed the old toilet. Work was clean and no water dripped from the old toilet onto the steps or foyer. They did a great job and the new toilet will not clog even with loads of paper. I plan to replace the other 3 toilets in the home with the same model and have AUS do the service.

I called AUS on a Monday morning and they were slammed, but said they would call me if they could find a break in the schedule. I received a call about 4:00 and met them at the house. I had not one, but two problems causing the leak and the shutoff valve was also bad. They had the problems fixed in less than an hour and no more bailing. Much care was taken into removing the toilet parts so water would not run onto the floor and travel through the ceiling. Prompt, knowledgeable and careful. I could not have asked for more. This was my third experience with AUS and all were excellent.

AUS Plumbing arrived when they said they would, replaced the toilet flange, and finished earlier then expected. The final price was very close to that quoted earlier and they did a great job with the repair. Thanks again AUS for a job well done.

It went great. They showed up when they said they were going to. The estimate was accurate for what they finally charged. They completed the job in the time they said they would.

They did a good job, they were prompt about showing up, and they were here before they said they would be here. They did a great job and I’m happy with it. I chose this company based on location. They worked for about an hour and a half or two hours and I paid what I would expect to pay any plumber.

Gary and Joe were on time; quickly worked out the problem; explained carefully what they were going to do. They showed me the corroded items causing the problem. Fixed the problem in a timely manner and cleaned up. Extremely courteous.

They have been outstanding experiences overall. I was very surprised at how good they were. I have worked with many different plumbers, and they are hands down the best. Everything I have had them do they have done quickly and efficiently. They have not had any mistakes and had to come back and fix anything.
