Great company to work with. Their quote was the best by far of several local companies.

They communicated well regarding what specifically they needed to do for my project, but not so much regarding the timing of when they would come back between doing posts and pickets. They returned in a reasonable amount of time though, and the fence looks professional.

Ok. So this is what happened. My Husband and I hired this company BACK IN FEB to install a wooden privacy fence at our house in March. The agreement was that we personally would remove the existing fence just prior to them coming to install the new structure and a payment plan was agreed to and a "contract" signed. The gentlemen we spoke with was polite, patient and answered all of our questions. We really pleased with the decision to go with this company. Promising, right? The start date that THEY WROTE DOWN AND AGREED TO was Sunday, March 14th. No one showed up. We called and were told "We don't work on Sundays." Ok. Annoying but we brushed it off. March 15th comes around, No one shows up, no one calls to let us know what's going on. We call and were told at that point, March 15th at 12:30 pm that they decided NOT to finance the remaining amount, after it was agreed too and contract signed, and decided NOT to install the fence on our property, after the contract agreed too and signed. NO ONE CALLED US ABOUT ANY OF THIS. NO COMMUNICATION AT ALL. They simply no called no showed and then were almost 4 hours late to the agreed appointment to return our deposit. This is by far the WORST I have ever been treated as a customer. And now I am left with no fence to let my dogs run in. Had they communicated that they had changed their minds and were not going to work with us my Husband and I never would have taken down the existing fence line. I would not recommend this company to ANYONE and will continuously alert any and everyone that I know that is looking for a fence to steer clear of this company.

Jason was very nice and a pleasure to work with. He gave us a very good quote and answered all of our questions and concerns. He got us on his schedule fairly quickly and our shadow box fence looks great! Now our dog has a safe space to play and we have a little more privacy.
