+ -1 moreThe house has never received a negative comment, except that one person thought it was a little small (~1800sqft, with an unfinished room over garage). We gave up some size (quantity), and with some good ideas from Ronnie and his Framing team added quality back to the house. So much more can be done to the house that was planned for during the construction that minimal additional cost would be involved to complete many additions if desired. Am looking forward to building a second home with Ronnie in about a year or so.
Description of Work: He built a custom home for my family in 2008, he has helped me with some odd and end that needed to be touched up due to settling. Ronnie works with every good people and has great contacts for all of the above mentioned needs. He is local to the Outer Banks and Currituck area, second generation contractor, and worked several years (8-10 I think) as a county inspector. He know his trade well, always has a smile on his face, and is willing to help plan out any projects and offer beneficial suggestions/

+ -1 moreExcellent! Ronnie is a man of his word. Nice to know someone who honors a job with his word and a handshake. Pays subcontractors right away when the work is finished. He builds every home as if he is living in it.
Description of Work: General Contractor that my company worked under several times. My company installs spray foam and Narrow Shores specializes in building DelTec homes in our area which recommends spray foam insulation. Have completed three projects with Narrow Shores Development and each job went great. Ronnie is a very particular builder with a long history of construction experience.
