Shane Hall owns this company. Everything went very good. The came rite away and he took away the problem quickly. The price was excellent for what he had done.

I've had these folks out three days in a row. I actually had five projects for them to do. The electrician who installed the smoke detectors in the house when we had it built,never connected the hot wire to the Electrical Box. Not only did they repair this, they installed seven new smoke detectors with carbon dioxide detectors. This same day they installed a ceiling fan in our spare bedroom and installed outside wiring for a patio. Their knowledge of products led me to install a nicer looking post with a channel for wires and a light on top instead of a four by four wooden post that would have looked messy. They had to come back the next day to repair our media closet. The company that originally installed the wiring left them exposed an in a mess, then when out of business. Byron and Dean reran the wiring and the closet is much neater, now. I'll definitely be calling them in the future. They're very reasonable, efficient, and professional.

I've had two outlets that has not worked for several years. I've asked other electricians about the problem, even had one look at it, and none had any suggestions.I called Shane Hall and he sent Byron Cox out the same morning. Byron identified the problem right away and fixed it. The problem was a neutral wire somewhere in the circuit that was not functioning. He took several outlets apart to try to find the culprit, which could not be found without going through the whole circuit. He suggested, and I approved, his connecting a neutral wire close to one of the outlets, and it worked. The price was reasonable, and he was judicious with his time. He will be coming back to do more work, for which he has already given me an estimate.

We called Hall's for an estimate to install electric to our shed. They came out the next day, called us back the following day with an estimate we thought was more than fair. They were on time to start work. Their workmanship is excellent. We had lights and electrical outlets installed. All work was performed on time and the clean up was excellent. They even returned after the rain to be sure the area where they buried the cable was evened out in our yard. I would definitely recommend them to anyone needing electrical work done. Should we need more electrical work we will be calling Hall's.

An outlet in the bedroom sparked and caused a short, melting part of the receptacle and causing the remainder of the outlets in the two bedrooms to no longer function. After replacing the outlet myself and it still not working, I called in the experts. Employees were knowledgeable, prompt and efficient. Appointment was for 9am and my doorbell rang at 8:55am. They found that although the neutral wire looked fine, it was broken and I couldn't tell as the plastic covering was undamaged. Highly recommended.
