Very bad customer service. I paid $650 for them to replace the 18-inch return flex. They replaced it in a collapsed position and the air will not flow. I called back a few days later. They came out again and still did not fix the problem. I called a year later to use my warranty and they said the supply was damaged and wanted to charge me another $600. The supply was not damaged. They never fixed it the first time they left all the old materials under the house and tried to tell me it was new. I can see a difference between the two. If you want to see proof, I can email you pictures of everything. I would not recommend Halltec HVAC to anyone.
