I had some very specific instructions for the job, and Jeff followed them perfectly. He gave me some good tips while doing the job. Had 2-Heat Pump Systems inspected for their Spring cleaning. Service Tech was punctual and performed the inspections, cleaning and testing as I expected. Plan on using them again for the Fall Inspection.

Clear contact with the customer and "in plain English" explanation as to what they believe to be the problem. Seemed a little quick to suggest installing a new unit prior to giving less expensive options and giving a full explanation as to why a new unit was the solution. The last service technician (1 year ago) told me the unit was in excellent shape, replaced a small "fuse" and charged me the same price as this service.
