I had a unique situation that requires a temendous amount of troubleshooting. While it did take longer than I would have liked, I can t stress enough that my situation was unique and most folks would not have a long turnaround time. The crew bent over backwards to try and save me money, find workarounds, work late, call in favors, and had pretty solid communication along the way with what was happening, where they will be. Will be hiring for AC maintenance soon.

I pay $85.00 for an estimate the technician never give my contract my daughter wanted to see the photos he took of the heater she wanted to if repair or purchasing a new one

They do pull a permit. Very knowledgeable about building codes.

The technician, Jeff, was very prompt, friendly and knowledgeable. He was up front about what repairs were needed and what the cost would be. He did not jump to a specific conclusion about the problem until he had checked over several aspects of the cooling unit. He was truthful about other services he could provide at the time but were not necessarily needed at that time. I had to argue with him to let me tip him (he was very humble about it). Overall, I was very relieved to have his service and also very grateful that he did not try to take advantage of me.

Any time I need to contract for services in an area that I do not have any domain expertise...I get nervous. And I think many consumers fear utility (Electrical, plumbing, heating/air, etc...) related repairs more than others. Well Jeff from Air Source came out to our house the same day we spoke (was not an emergency) to check on one of our AC units. While I feel a wee bit educated on Air Conditioning (all online of course), I could still very easily have been "upsold" by a less professional person. Jeff was great. Added 3 lbs of coolant to the unit, suggested that I wait to see how extreme the leak might be (if at all) before he would add the "line repair" stuff. While he did say there was a good chance I might need it, save the money now and we can monitor if there is a leak...and if there is, we would have a decent idea how extreme (he thought it would be very very small if at all) the leak was. Obviously, he offered to use the repair stuff and said it was not a problem and quite easy...just cost money that may or may not be necessary to spend. Bottom line, I appreciated this advise. I would absolutely use Jeff and Air Source again...and certainly refer my friends to him. Truly great experience.

Returned calls promptly. Thorough inspection. Answered all questions. Installed condensing unit, pad and indoor air coil the day after receiving a 4 PM approval. Left the job-site clean. Followed up a few days after the install to ensure we were cooling and to see if we had any questions. Followed up after county inspection to confirm all went well. Couldn't ask for better service.

Great job. On-time, and the price was great.
