We have a home at the beach in Avon, NC. We would highly recommend RJ.. He is very dependable and prompt, great communication. Does great work, honest and fair. He has done numerous jobs for us, flooring, exterior doors, plumbing and work on stairway. Very pleased with every job. He will always be our go to person. Can not say enough good about his knowledge and work ethic. Five stars definitely!

He is lousy with follow up. I have several issues that needed to be addressed after the deck was completed. Met with him in May 2024. He agreed he would fix the issues. To date, July 2024, he has not responded back and the issues still remain.

My experience with SOS was great. We had all of the decks rebuilt on our beach house in Avon. RJ was very knowledgeable, with great attention to detail and he coordinated with us and our local inspector to make the repairs by the book. They showed up on time and the work was completed on schedule. Due to the scope of the work of our project we figured our costs would be high but SOS was very reasonable and we are confident we got the most value for our dollar. Everyone that sees our new decks loves them and I am confident they will be safe for years to come. I wouldnâ t hesitate to recommend SOS to anyone.

We own a beach house in the OBX and RJ and SOS restoration and remediation have been our go-to repair company. When faced with deck repair, he walked us through the details so we understood the process and timing. Communication was awesome from start to finish and he was always a pleasure to work with.
