Description of Work: The owner came to my place to fix my refrigerator . I left the money for him and had to leave for a medical emergency. I came back and there was no invoice and he had taken the money. The next day I saw it still was not working. For 2 weeks he said he'd come the next morning. Finally my boyfriend called him and asked him what was going on. He said he'd come the next day. He came, but didn't do anything. Told me to unplug it for 24 hours, so I had to go get coolers and ice and unload the fridge. I called him the next day to come back, and For a month I called him and he said he'd be here that afternoon or the next morning. For weeks he never came. I work, so I couldn't just hang out and wait for him.
