Mr. Butts was awesome, came to my home after hours within 2 hours of call and tarped my leaking roof before the deluge the next day. He checked the tarps the next morning, and then came and took the tarps off and was everything that includes professional. What a nice guy that knows what customer satisfaction is all about.
