Description of Work: Two of their very knowledgeable and talented designers came to my home in Brevard and talked with me for 2 hours about what I wanted to do. They learned what I like and don't like, my style and the colors I prefer. Measured things and suggested colors for walls and fabric. Subsequently I went to their store and they spent a long time showing me the fabrics they had chosen from their vast assortment of swatches. Also helped me choose a chair which they ordered for me. They even allowed me to bring home a chair from the store to see if I liked it in my living room. They found someone to reupholster my furniture and ordered the fabric for me. They were easy to talk with and tried very hard to suggest things that would appeal to me and my style. No hard sell trying to convince me to choose what they liked. It took a couple of weeks to get everything together and during that time we talked about our families and had fun. It's a family oriented business as well as very professional. My furniture hasn't been delivered yet, but I believe I'm going to love it. Great people to work with and they know what they're doing.

Description of Work: My wife bought some material from them but it was not in stock and would have to be ordered. When it arrived I went by to pick it up and to pay for it. The staff completely ignored me for some time until I stood directly in front of one of the ladies and asked her to help me. She (reluctantly) retrieved the material and presented me with a bill for $15 more than the price of the material and tax. When I questioned it, she said it was for "shipping". This had not been disclosed to me wife when she ordered the material. If it had been shipped to my residence I would understand but the merchant should bear the cost of getting inventory to the store for sale.

Description of Work: Helped us pick out fabric to upholster a chair. Later helped us purchase ready made curtains from a manufacturer they represent.

+ 1 moreIt is a locally-owned business and is family oriented. They have been around for 25 years, I believe. They are up-to-date. I used them all year last year and am still using them. They have been doing one room at a time, so it has been an ongoing process; the last one was the master bedroom. They come over and recommend different set-ups for our rooms. They recommend changes that can make our house better and design floor plans in a new home too. They coordinate stuff. They are really good, and I am satisfied with their work. We can get fabrics and window treatments from them. We can have our whole house done for $2000 or three rooms for $1000, I think. We don’t have to buy from them but they sell their own line of furniture. They sell blinds and all kinds of nice stuff. I would rate them highly and would use them again in the future.
Description of Work: I use Yesterday’s Tree for interior design. They have done a lot of work at our house.
