Huge disappointment, WNC Tile delivered a crate of slate tile, 450 sq ft but unfortunately within the crate was approximately 60 sq ft of beige travertine tile. The way WNC Tile handled from the discovery of the wrong tile was awful, I had to pay extra for tilers due to the delay with no sign of any compensation from WNC. In this current climate of buck passing and a refusal to accept responsibility WNC are a fine example. Why don't companies say sorry, move heaven and earth to fix a mistake and do the right thing, instead it seems acceptable these days to say 'this was a mistake by the supplier'. And when you promise to call back within 1 hour, do it, even if you have no new information or don't promise to call back within a certain time scale, it just gets customers more frustrated!

They have been very good. Their prices are very reasonable. They service and quality is excellent.

Mike Cogdill did the work and did a fantastic job. He's very dependable. He's a master tile setter. He's also a real gentleman, didn't use any profanity. He's a Christian and so am I. I would recommend him to anyone. He just did a great job, very conscientious.
