It didn't go well. She actually did a wonderful job but in the end, there was money missing from my purse. The company asked me about it. They said that she was still honest. They said that she will clean the house for free another time. I said, "No, it's fine. Let's call it a day." We were happy with the cleaning but we weren't happy with the result of that. I didn't find out actually until after she's gone. I think the price was kind of high. We got a discount but I thought it was still high. The quality was good. The price was average.

I bought this as a closing gift and my client/friend was very happy with the service.

Bought a Groupon for 3, 2-hour house cleaning sessions, so I wasn't expecting top notch cleaning. The first time went really well, they got a lot accomplished and did a good job. Second time only one person came and barely accomplished anything. Third time the cleaners arrived reeking of cigarettes, and did a decent job. The funny thing is that the final cleaning, the owner arrived before to convince us to use them for long term cleaning needs. My wife didn't realize he was coming and didn't realize he was associated with our existing cleaners. He spent an entire hour giving her the hard sell (while our infant was crying), and talking about how they always dust fans, blinds, are thorough. My wife remarked how nice that would be since our existing company never does any of that. Once he realized that we were talking about the same people I think he realized we wouldn't be continuing on with them. The cleaners were never right on time, and they proposed a monthly clean of around $270 and an additional $70 to do the basement.

The 1 guy dusted. Did a okay job. In living room He didn't have a ladder so he couldn't reach the top of my bookcases, and cleaned only the center of my blinds.. The 2 girls did a okay job. Vac., moped, dusted rest of house (3 rooms). Since I signed a contract, 2 new girls have been back twice now, have been doing a good job.

It went well. Scheduling was very easy. They sent one cleaner and he was here for three hours. I like the convenience and he did a good job.

It turned out alright. They originally told me they would be here at 9:30 and they didn't show up until 12. The lady was here on Thursday, it was her second trip. The first trip they didn't do a good job, but the second time a different lady came out and it was better.

Seamless cleaning from one room to the next. I was going to hire them twice a month but I am now moving out of state.

They were very nice, professional and did the job in the allotted time and answered any questions I asked about what they were doing.

Amanda and Jonathan came early to clean today. (!) I wanted them to focus mostly on the floors since the floors needed it. There were some other things I wanted done too. They both were on their hands and knees cleaning the tub. It sparkles now. Bathroom sink looks great. They were able to remove some hard water stains from the sinks. The kitchen stove is really clean, as well as the sink. Couch cushions were removed and cleaned under. The floors in all of the rooms were vacuumed and mopped. Most were very clean. Kitchen floor could have used more attention. But everything else looked great. Good job!!

The two ladies worked for 1 and 1/2 hours. They followed all instructions perfectly, they were friendly, polite, and professional. I hope to be able to hire them again. I have allergies to chemicals, so they used my supplies and equipment. I Purchased a big deal of $69 for 3 hours of house cleaning. Fair price for the job they did. I did all the floors...sweeping and dust moping and wet mop. I did not have them scrub toilets or clean tubs/shower or anything in kitchen. I wiped all kitchen cabinets down myself. This worked for me...was able to pay the $69 for the work they did which allowed me to have a clean house in one day! They did an excellent job, did not waste time. The jobs I gave them is what I thought it would take them to complete in the specified time and they did it.

I like them. They came out. They did a wonderful job, but right behind them, saying their person, not Angie's List but their person to sign you up. So, I just thought it might be questionable that they were using Angie's List to get their business and keep it. I had no complaints. I'd recommend them highly. They were cheaper than the other ones. They were a little too punctual. They did finish the job before us.

The cleaners were very good, professional, polite & hard working. I ran into several problems with scheduling future appointments and, as a result, decided to stop using the service.

Patio was immaculate. She missed some of the floor and surfaces. I though regular price at $32 per hour was expensive.

The service turned out okay. The maids did a fairly good job. The man who came to give me an estimate quoted the service pretty high. He suggested I have me house cleaned once a month for $129.00. I thought I needed the service every 2 weeks and he still quoted the same price. I will not continue their service because of the pricing. The maids were also pleasant and did what I had asked. Scheduling was not an issue.

The young man who came did a pretty good job. He did have a little incident with the framed picture. He used a lot of Windex while it was vertical and the Windex went down into the thing. They said they will pay for it however I haven’t had it fixed yet. We will present them with a bill when I do that. It was sort of a pending thing too. I’ll tell you what I didn’t like about that, the owner of the company who came toward the end of the visit and spent almost 2 hours talking to me about the company and giving me his life story, I mean, it was pretty overbearing. I did not expect that. I did request that I wanted somebody to give me an estimate, that was what I expected. I did not expect the guy to pull a chair out of my dining table and sit down with me and be there for closely 2 hours. He was a little bit overbearing. The guy who actually did the work did a competent job. The pricing was okay. The problem was they wanted me to sign a contract for a year that said I would have them come once a week, once every 2 weeks, or once every 4 weeks. I am not in town a lot. That was a lot of the business that he was trying to convince me to do in that 2 hours. They were responsive. They were punctual.

The service was alright. There were no additional charges on top of the Big Deal. There was one person that came out. The cleaning was fine, but first before the cleaner came out, the guy came out to try to pitch me a year’s worth of a contract with them. I did not really like that. The first they had this other person clean it and they were over an hour late. We had to cancel and set up something later because we could not wait any longer. Then when they finally did something the following week, she was great. The house was clean and everything. I did not have any problems with her cleaning or service. It is just the contract thing that kind of soured me on it and the fact that the first person was so late. The price was fine.

Very late for first appointment, had to reschedule the cleaning and sales person came over before the cleaning to sell you a contract which was not explained to me. On plus side all cleaning products are environmentally safe.

I am using Designer Maid every other week and my house stays clean in between for anyone who stops by. I have a cat and the cleaner is especially good at vacuuming or sticky rolling off cat hair. Cleaner is professional in every way-in manner and cleaning techniques. Each appointment she asks if there is anything special I need her to do. I could not ber more pleased with this service.

This service was mediocre. I was supposed to have been contacted for an estimate. I was contacted but it was AFTER the cleaning. The cleaning was perfunctory and not particularly thorough. I later realized I probably should have provided the cleaning supplies, but the cleaner never asked about it, and from past experience, I thought he/she would bring them.

They were terrific! There were no additional charges beyond the big deal amount. They were good, they were on time and did a good job. The people they sent were nice. I would use them again and I would recommend them.

The cleaning was incomplete due to time constraints but cleaning done was very thorough.

It went very well. We hired them to come back. We were very pleased because they do detailed cleaning without me asking. I really appreciate that. It’s a very organized company. They have a way of doing things so the maids are trained and they’re taught how to do things the way the company wants them to do. They don’t come in and wonder what they’ll do first. They asked me what I wanted cleaned and they told me what they do. They pretty much clean everything. They do all the woodwork and the leathers. That was important. They were very professional unlike the other maids I’ve had in the past. They're not cheap but you get what you pay for.

They stand behind their business. When I told them about a situation they caused, they stood behind it and apologized. I wasn't thrilled with how they cleaned that day so they came back out free of charge to clean the house. They sent someone out from an appliance repair shop to repair my stove - an issue they caused.

am not pleased with this company and canceled my services. The quality of the cleaning depends very much on the people. I requested several times for a fixed team, who knows the house and they promised me to do so. But very often they send differ different people in and I had to show them around the house again. I discussed this issue with the owner several times, but nevertheless they have sent me this week again a team I did not know. I use them only once a month and I cannot understand why they cannot do what they promise. Very bad customer service!
