+ -1 moreI am a little OCD and like things to perfection and his team put this thing in place perfectly (pictures below) They made sure it was exactly the way I wanted it. It was amazing to see how they install these things with how heavy they are. I got the 480 which has all seats and got the X-model which he can explain more about but I highly recommend the model I got and it is great for entertaining.
Description of Work: I got the hot tub of my dreams and cannot say enough about finding Peter at Water works. I drove all over town and went to the competitors and after talking with neighbors who had them everyone said to use water works and get a MAXX brand spa.

+ -1 moreContractor was selected by manufacturer to provide warranty work on pool equipment. After speaking with one of the owners I was assured that they would be by to look at the equipment that afternoon or the next day. I received an email that afternoon from the equipment manufacturer that the contractor had called and refused the warranty order and I was reassigned to another contractor. Although no actual work was performed, it would have been acceptable to have been informed that they were refusing the work rather than find out about it from the equipment manufacturer. I could have then made other plans that day with the other contractor. This lack of professionalism is unacceptable and I would not recommend any contractor that treated consumers in such a poor fashion.
Description of Work: Warranty work on brand new pool equipment.

+ 0 moreFailure by this Company to backfill properly with gravel on all sides caused the West wall of the pool to develop two holes at approximately 4 feet depth with the resultant escape of water and necessity for removal of the deck and earth around all sides of the pool and repair of the fiberglass wall where holes appeared. Such work was demanded by pool manufacturer in order to reinstate the lifetime warranty.
Description of Work: Contracted to purchase and install fiberglass in ground swimming pool and deck to be completed by June 16, 2015. Actual completion date was not until October 30, 2015.

+ -1 moreTheir solution was to put silicon around the leaking area...it didn't work. Now I can't get them to return phone calls.
Description of Work: Provider came out to the house & put a glob of silicone around the area that was leaking. Within a few days it was leaking again. I have called and called and left messages, but they aren't being returned.
