Very well.

My five year old machine was slowing down because of the worn out, overworked, original mechanical hard drive. Aaron diagnosed the problem, ordered a new non-mechanical drive, installed it, and got my computer back to me quickly. He also transferred all my previous document to the new drive. When I later discovered that a large part of my photo library didn't transfer, he found the old drive, located the photo library, and from his home base moved my library back into my machine. He is always prompt to respond and come by when you have computer troubles and always upbeat and eager to please his customers.

I have used Aaron for over two years. He has helped me resolve several issues over this time by both coming to my home and remotely accessing my computers. Some of the issues have been very technical and some easy. Every time I have been satisfied with his work. He is prompt in responding to both my E-mails and phone calls when I have a question or problem. He knows I am not a techie and is very patient when answering questions and showing me how to do something new. He also charges a very fair price. I decided to write this review now because I think everyone should know about his skills and professionalism. Give him a try!

We have nothing but accolades for Aaron's work and professionalism. He is without a doubt the best we have ever used. Aaron got our desktop reconnected to the Internet, which had no connectivity, since I had inadvertently changed some settings after moving the computer around in the room. He also got our laptops in sync with the printer so that we could print via wifi. He cleaned up my laptop which was burdened with junk and unwanted downloads. We recommend him without reservation. I can say with confidence that you would have no disappointments.

I'm an Amazon.com user. Began having problems with a pop up called "Shopping Assistant". At first I thought it was a part of Amazon's website. Turned out it wasn't. It was due to adware - which I've never seen before. Something new - at least for me. Supposed to be easy to remove. It wasn't. Couldn't find a way to get rid of it. Had to have Aaron - best computer technician I've ever seen - come out and take care of it. Had used his services before and was always extremely happy with the results. Aaron is always prompt and highly efficient. He knew what the problem was right away. As he was fixing it, he explained what had happened and how it can be fixed ... so I could take care of it myself if it ever happened again. I greatly appreciated this. One thing I really didn't understand was that adware is NOT malware or virus. So, your anti-virus programs will not recognize it. It will get into your setup regardless of any anti-virus or security programs you use. And once in ... it's hard to remove - unless you know how ... which is where Aaron comes in. Aaron is dependable ... extremely efficient ... super skilled ... totally dedicated ... with excellent customer communication skills. And ... he works on Macs! I can't recommend him highly enough!

It went splendidly. In an hour, Aaron cleared up a mess of problems that I had figured would take much longer. He also gave me helpful suggestions for managing a computer application and avoiding future problems. I was 100% pleased and would certainly call him again.

On 9/18/14 I called Aaron and left a message that I was having problems with downloading an update, replacing ink cartridge which previously was not a problem and finally access to my yahoo e-mail. He returned my call @ 3:30 PM and resolved my problems when he arrived at 5:30 PM the same day. I was very pleased with his performance and will recommend him to my friends and neighbors.

I first called Aaron when my expensive HP laptop was overheating. HP wouldn't do anything about it -- even though I bought the BIG warranty -- so I resorted to outside help. I was impressed with Aaron from the first call. He asked knowledgeable questions, and made me feel like he knew what was what. Then he said he'd come to my place and PICK UP the computer. What?!? Wow! That blew me away. What a time saver! So Aaron helped me work though that difficulty, and we've used him since on several jobs. I've even emailed him in between jobs to ask a question or three and he's always answered promptly. I've offered to pay for his time for these email sessions, but he never accepts. Amazing. Oh yes, I mentioned that I had an expensive HP laptop. It was custom-made through the HP website. I use it for work, and stupidly equated BIG DOLLARS with BIG PERFORMANCE. Didn't happen that way. Even so, I when I was getting ready to buy a new laptop, Aaron saved me from making the same mistake again. I was going to buy an expensive gaming machine, and emailed him to ask his opinion. He pointed out that the gaming machine may also overheat. He also pointed out that I could get a great laptop at Best Buy for 1/3 the price, and that he could add an SSD and extra RAM for me. I weighed the options, went with his recommendation, and am glad I did. I'm tying this review on that laptop now. I've had very few problems with it, and can't tell the different between it and that super expensive HP laptop. Aaron is our "go to" computer guy, for sure. The pick-up and delivery service is super helpful. And his prices are completely reasonable. My only worry is that he's going to get to busy after this review :)

Aaron was courteous, kind and patient when I asked ridiculous questions - I am definitely not a tech. He is a warm and sweet young man who definitely knows his stuff. As far as Asheville, NC goes, he is the only person I would trust with my computer/printer problems - I've tried them all! (Most of them are arrogant without the tech knowledge to back it up.)

What a great guy!! Aaron really helped me out of a jam. I was in the throes of my busiest time of the year and had no intentions of upgrading my computer. Unfortunately my computer had other ideas. Aaron discussed my options with me and I settled on purchasing a new computer. This was a VERY impromptu and rush job. I bout the computer and had the dying laptop in the car. Aaron and I rendevous'd and he had all my new software and all my old files recovered and transferred and had my computer back to me in less than 24 hours. He even had my email set up and verified they were being received on the new computer. As a person who prides himself on customer service and who totally runs a thriving business with NO advertising, I really appreciated Aaron's service. He thrives off of repeats and referrals from satisfied clients, and he should stay very busy. Highly recommended!!

,Aaron is a very nice fellow who will come out to your house for a fairly reasonably rate. In my case, my old Laptop was not functioning properly, and I had lost data on an expernal hard drive. The best solution was a new laptop computer, and in this environment, if you are a Windows user, you have to be careful because all the box stores (like Best Buy) were only selling Windows 8. My experience is you never really want to purchase a very recent Microsoft Windows release. Windows 7 was far more appropriate for my needs (and much easier to adapt to coming from the Windows XP environment), so we used Amazon to find and purchase a nice quality Windows 7 on Amazon at a good price. Aaron guided me and care was given to the best performing chip, and of course, the best amount of memory for the money. Coincidentally, my large monitor (to which I connect my Laptop for home use) had also broken, and we again found a high quality suitable replacement on Amazon, Aaron then efficiently and effectively performed the data transfer to the new computer, and helped with some detaiuls like retrieving 700 Itunes songs that had been lost on an external hard drive. Good job; having it all done at home was convenient, and have no hesitancy in recommending his services.

See above comments. Most of problems with desk top resulted from a program he ran to "clean up the files". Also he said that he could not retrieve my "favorites " on the lap top, but then he said "suddenly they were back"

He was just wonderful. Because he was going out of town, he was determined to get that keyboard repaired as quickly as possible. We spoke over the phone and I gave him information on the computer before he ever picked it up so that he could order replacement parts. It worked out perfectly and only took him two days to get it done, and he went on vacation with a clear conscience and a very satisfied customer.

Aaron came out and helped my wife set up an online backup system. She is a photographer and requires continuous backup for photo files. He also offered instruction on the best way to use an editing program, called TextEdit. And he helped set up a more efficient way to use our printer network. As you can see, Aaron took care of several different things during his visit. He is easy to work with ... and he works very efficiently. He also takes the time to explain things so that the customer has a good understanding of what is being done ... and why. His prices are very reasonable. And the quality of his work is excellent. Would not even consider using anyone else.

My old HP printer did not communicate with my new Dell laptop and the newly installed MyFi. Since I did not know how to solve this problem, short of buying a new printer, I called Aaron, who quickly solved this issue. He also cleared a problem with my I-Pad, removed a Hard Drive from an old computer and even carried it downstairs for me, which was much appreciated, since I am elderly. I can highly recommend Aaron for all your computer problems. His moniker is "Aaron Helps You" ... and he truly does.

Aaron came and did all the work for both my desk top and lap top. For some reason, the desk top "rejected" all the work. Aaron came back and redid everything again and it is now working very well!

Overall, it was a good experience.

We have used Aaron before so when the hard drive crashed we immediately called him. He came and took the drive away. He recovered all the data and transferred it to another exterrnal drive for us . then he came and checked to see that it worked and everything is OK. All our data and pictures were on that drive. only that drive and not on the C drive too. Aaron gave us some advice on how to get a more secure backup either via cloud or by a second hard drive that we periodically update. He is professional, expert, prompt and the price cannot be better. we recommend Aaron without hesitation.

We had a huge problem. Our son, who does all his schoolwork online, locked himself out of his computer. He could not recall his password. In trying to resolve the problem, he accidentally set several deeper levels of passwords and we were stuck. There was no fixing this at home. I consulted several professionals before finding Aaron. All of them told me we would have to reinstall the operating system which would wipe out the hard drive and lose all of my son's schoolwork. That was just not acceptable! What would we have done if ALL of his schoolwork for the whole year was gone!?! (Good reason to backup, right?) We could only remember one of these missing passwords, and there were at least three levels so we were really stuck. Aaron was able to solve the mystery of the passwords we had accidentally created and get back into the system. My son's data remained intact. We didn't have to start over from scratch and wipe out the hard drive. When we started this, I didn't think he could do it, but I figured it was worth risking the $30 fee to find out. This was sooooooooooo worth the $30 it cost to have this resolved! Aaron was professional and communicated with me when he said he would. He performed the work quickly, showed me what he had done, tested it in front of me and we couldn't be happier. We will most definitely use him again. Like the name says, Aaron helps you!
