My experience with Sunshine Window Cleaning was an excellent one. From scheduling the appointment to having the actual work done, the company was professional and efficient. The three workers who came to wash our windows called to tell me that they would be ten minutes late and arrived at the time they said they would. They worked diligently and informed us of everything they were doing. They checked with us about scratches on our windows and about window stickers that needed to be removed. We had very dirty windows that the former owners had neglected and windows that are very high off the ground. All windows are now sparkling--we could not be happier! I have added this company's number to my phone's address book as I will be calling them often!

Sunshine Cleaning called in advance to get details about our windows and also sent a questionnaire so they'd be prepared for the kinds of windows we had. They were clear on the additional charges which would apply if we had additional windows beyond what was covered in the big deal. A week before our appointment, Sunshine called to reconfirm the appointment and told me who to expect for cleaning that day. Ryan showed up as expected and exactly on time. He took at look at all the windows, carefully checked out how to remove the screens and proceeded to work until all the windows were done. He then did the minor gutter repair. Ryan was very professional. He listened and communicated well. The only so-called problem was that apparently there is normally a two-person crew and on that day, someone had called in sick so Ryan was working alone. It was OK for me since the work still got done, but I'm guessing it took longer because only one person was working. But since I was paying for a package deal based on the number of windows and wasn't paying hourly, the price was the same for my job. I would definitely use Sunshine Window Cleaning again. I really appreciated the quality of the work and their overall professionalism.

They came as scheduled, did the work in about 2 hours, cleaned up, alerted me to two windows that were uncleanable, due to mold between the double panes, took care to pad the ladder, were courteous, knowledgeable, dedicated, and concerned that they please me in every respect.

They did an exceptional job and were very detail-oriented and thorough. I will use them again.

This is the best house cleaning service we have ever found. Laina is our regular service provider. She is punctual, professional, sweet to our kids and dogs, and does a great job cleaning. We appreciate that they will do as much or as little as you need week to week. If you have not had guest, no need to clean the guest baths... I am very happy with this company.

Sunshine Window Cleaning did a very good job cleaning the windows. We had to reschedule several times due to freezing weather conditions, but when the date was settled on, they arrived on time. We had to do some preliminary preparation such as removing curtains, mullions, knick-knacks, and moving furniture. The windows included two-story windows, some that were fixed and some that opened. The upper windows in our two-story foyer and great room were cleaned with no problem. I was pleased with the outcome and would recommend this company to others and use them again myself.

Geoff was scheduled to come at around 10:30. He was considerate enough to call me shortly after 10:00 to say he would be 10 or 15 minutes late. He arrived when he said he would. He spent over 3 hours cleaning the inside and outside of all of the windows in my house and garage. Before he left he checked each window to make sure he had not missed anything. Geoff did an excellent job and was very pleasant and professional. He quoted me the regular price for future cleanings and I will definitely use this company again. I will also recommend them to my friends.

Greenbees have been cleaning our house 1-2 times a month for over 3 years . When we first started with Greenbees, Loren came out with the assigned cleaner and did the first cleaning along with her to make sure everything was as we wanted. Over the years they have had some turn over of cleaners but they always make sure we have someone that is a good fit for our needs sending 2 cleaners at times. It's all about the people in a business like this and Greenbees are top notch. The office staff is friendly and communicative with emails to confirm appointments or any adjustments. We are a little picky about some details - so the cleaners bring special brushes to clean some areas to make sure it meets our needs. We have a large dog that likes to follow the cleaner around the house and they are always friendly and patient with her. We look forward to seeing our current cleaner like a good friend visiting - but she always gets right to work and works non-stop until everything is done. We always love the way the house smells after the Greenbees leave - fresh scented natural products. It's rare to find a company like this that continually provides a high level of service.

They arrived on time and got the job done in a resonable period of time. This company has serviced my home once before and their services are utilized by many neighbors in my subdivision.

The Sunshine people were great. Not only was their bid the lowest of three we got, but they were easy to work with in scheduling the job, the men who did the work arrived on time, were professional, friendly, and performed the job very well. We have many windows and they spent the time necessary to do the job right. In fact, they did the inside windows first and then, while doing the outside ones, noticed some streaks on the inside, so they came back in to redo those. We recommend them highly, and will continue to use this company.

Waste of time and money. This app. Cleaner was 20-25 mins. Late. VERY VERY SLOW, To clean master bathroom , which is cleaned weekly took her 1:45 mins. and still missed many areas did not clean counter top well and totaly missed the back splash, lets soap scum on shower door...... Pulled bath tub towel bar off the wall with 50 lb drywall screws! Second clean, as soon as we opened the door the clean said I need to use your bathroom!!!!!!! So we waited for her to finish than met her and showed her around.... Again waste of time and money. VERY SLOW.

Soap scum on shower doors , counter tops dirty pulled towel bar off wall! Very slow, useless, used paper towel and folded it to clean? This company sells and makes eco friendly products for cleaning, but do not us them!!!!!!!!!!!

I have used Sunshine windows housecleaning service called Green Bees biweekly for 6 weeks. They have been terrific- very accommodating to my personal preferences. They will clean whatever and however you want. The charge is by the hour- I like that i can not have them clean the upstairs (which we don't use) every time. They are even willing to change to a different person if I am not entirely happy. I've arranged for 2 at a time- so they are only here 2 hours. They don't stop for a second. The best thing is if I'm having company or need a spring cleaning I can hire them for more hours. They will always send the same person(s) unless they contact you.

they were very pleasant. effiiciently did their work. put me on their once a year cleaning list then followed up in 2012 with a call i would unhesitatingly reccommend them.

I e-mailed Loren asking for a quote after seeing her information on Angie's list. She promptly replied and set up a time to come by to figure a quote based on number of windows. She sent me an amount based on all windows and another one with just the difficult windows. I can clean the easy ones( ground level, without screens) myself so she offered to give me the two quotes. She also offered 3 dates that would be available if I wanted to book the job. I replied to her to clarify that the price included cleaning inside and out along with the screens. She said it did and we agreed on a date/time. Since this job was in the afternoon she said they may be a little late if the the morning job ran longer than planned. I appreciate the notice and the reminder of the appointment earlier that day. The crew arrived a few minutes after noon and worked until after 4. These windows had not been cleaned for years due to location, screens and difficulty opening. Now they are clear and beautiful.

My overall experience was very positive. They are fast and efficient.

They came on time, charged what they had quoted, and were incredibly nice and professional. THey were respectful of me and of my home and they took alot of care and pride in their work. We chatted quite a bit as they worked and they were just delightful people. I am renting this house and the windows were very dirty and the screens even more so but now everything sparkles! I would definitley recommend this company and will use them again.
