guys did a great job, very courteous and helpful in making recommendations and coming to right decision for the type of tinting we needed. Results were great, reducing our interior temperature 10 degrees from the previous untinted situation. The looks of the windows were great.

The Sundown sales team was very responsive, came to our house within 24 hours of first contact. They brought numerous film samples and discussed the options. Once we decided on a film, he measured all the windows before departing. Called the next day to let us know an estimate would be in our inbox. Price was great, we were able to schedule the work in less than a week. Tony was right on time to do the work, and did everything we expected. The 8 windows look great. I may have them back for 4 more windows and a door.

It went very well; the man that came to do the installation was on time, was accurate in the installation and was very professional in his approach to the job.

Scheduled window tint to a high window in a master bath shower stall to help with sun control and fading of wallpaper. Tony, the installer, was running late and called to notify of his delay, which was appreciated. He proceeded to explain & show the two different tints that were talked about on the phone with owner Tom Goodrich. The job was completed professionally and neatly. Tony then explained about caulking, their warranty, etc. I have used this company in a previous home and highly recommend their product for the home.

Tom worked with us on the estimate and film selection -- very informative and helpful. Tony did a wonderful job of installing. Had traffic problems the day of the install and kept calling to let us know his progress. People cannot tell that we have had film installed -- even those people who knew we were planning to have it done. Completely cuts glare. Install took about 5 hrs, and Tony was pleasant to have around for that length of time. Made sure not to get water on the flooring; told us how to take care of the windows. We'd use them again and recommend them to anyone. Price about 40% of 3M price for same windows.Warranty the same

We had 2 windows in our home that had to be replaced. Since all the other windows in the house were already tinted we needed to have these tinted and matched as close as possible. Tony with Sundown came out to measure, pick a tint that would work for our home and match the color as close as possible. The job was completed without a hitch, the windows look beautiful and the price was reasonable. We are very pleased with their work.

I came across Sundown while checking Angie's List for info on other window tinting companies. I had already talked with several companies and gotten estimates; I was checking out those companies on Angie's List. Then I came across Sundown. Since the reviews for Sundown were so good I decided to get an estimate from them. The reperesentative from Sundown,Tony, impressed me with his knowledge and professionalism. He heard what I was saying and gave me good advice regarding the types of film I might want on certain widnows. He even advised against tinting some windows due to my circumstances/desires. (How often does a company talk you out of buying their product?) When I told the other companies I wanted specific windows done, and what type of film I wanted, they just said 'fine' and gave me a price for the tinting of those windows. Tony gave me recommendations and options and explained why I might choose film one over another, even, as I said, recommending against putting film on some of the windows. When I got the estimate from Sundown, I was pleasantly surprised. It was so much lower than the other companies I had to call to verify that the estimate was for all the windows involved. Because of the reasonable price, I was able to upgrade to a better film for some windows. Tony came out to do the installation as scheduled. He was punctual, neat, and focused on his work. He was friendly. He answered all my questions in an informative and educational manner. I didn't just get an answer to my questions, he explained why & how. I learned a lot about window tinting and films. I would recommend Sundown to anyone--and I have recommended them to friends already..
