The past few conversations with the owner, Peter Phelps have resulted in his using foul language and refusing to provide us with any resolution to completing our pool. We have paid this company according to the contract terms and they have basically taken our money without providing the services and goods.

They were fine. I feel pretty neutral about this company. The process went decently well. They were professional.

I emailed the address from their website. Within a couple of hours, I received a reply from Peter Phelps, the president no less. He was polite and referred me to his service manager, Matt Melton, whom he cc'ed. Matt emailed shortly after saying they'd actually been the ones to originally install the hot tub for the previous owners about 10 years ago and that they could have somebody out to look at it in a few days. After exchanging a few emails Matt guessed that we were looking at one of two problems and estimated the cost of each. The service tech came out while I was at work. When I got home, the hot tub was hot and there was an invoice under my door for the lower of the two estimates. So, overall, quick, polite, capable and capable. I'm very satisfied.
