Professional in every way! Arrived on time. All workers were pleasant and worked very hard! - Would hardily stop for coffee that we offered!- The job that they did was above reproach! They did not always put down protective sheets, but never spilled a bit of paint! I have done a fair amount of painting (as income required) but I have never seen anyone paint without using any tape, and yet they never made a mistake or put paint where it did not belong! They are really something else!! Wonderful!

Wow! I cannot believe that this was a painting crew! They are, undoubtedly, the best painting crew that I have ever experienced in my life. All crew members were totally professional, eager to please, encouraged me to check behind them each day to see if their job was satisfactory to my expectations. They were on time every day and they were with me for three weeks! I just cannot believe this crew! They are the best!!! They all took pride in their work and it shows! Other people in the neighborhood saw their work and they were able to get three more jobs that I am aware of to date! I have talked to the owner of the company to return this fall to paint the inside of the garage and garage floor. I did not know that painters could care so much about their work and pleasing the customer. They are meticulous about their work and clean up any mess that they might have made. I am totally happy with the results. I strongly recommend Straight Edge Painting Company to anyone who need their services! I give them an A+++++!

It went great. They even came back to do some doors,that there was some mis-communication in the original assessment.

We called Straight Edge on three separate days to ask them to come and give us an estimate on painting the exterior of our house. Our phone call was not returned any of the three times. There was no indication on their answering machine that there was a family emergency or that they were closed temporarily, just that our called would be returned "as soon as possible." We can't recommend this company.

Jenna and the crew where on time daily, they were very professional and very courteous. They took extra care in moving the furniture, other rooms in the house were protected from the areas being sanded. The crew cleaned up daily and were VERY NEAT. Overall a VERY good experience!!! The crew made a stressful time more relaxing. I would hire them again in an instant.

Jenna and her team were incredibly nice and very professional. We encountered a problem with our first closing, and had to delay the painting for over a month, yet Jenna was nothing but supportive and understanding. The end result was beautiful. The cost was reasonable. I highly recommend Straight Edge to anyone and everyone!

Things went well from beginning to end. All of the painters who worked on the project (5) were pleasant to be around and careful in what they did. The quality of the work was great and the cleanup was amazingly good considering all that was going on. Overall, the best painting experience I have had.

Jenna was excellent to work with. She provided a quick and efficient quote, offering suggestions on aesthetical details. I trusted and appreciated her opinions. She completed the job within one day, working independently and took on a lot of the prep work herself (moving furniture, removing electrical faceplates, etc.) - I really appreciated this detail as all I had to do was remove any delicate items ahead of time. When I arrived home after work everything was completed, furniture was back in place, and the results were excellent.

This work was done before we moved into our recently purchased house. They were a pleasure to have around. Very organized, helpful with suggestions, and as soon as they came in the door, on time, they worked non-stop. Each day they cleaned up the work areas. Jenna gave us a formal estimate that was reworked as needed during the job. We were always clear on what the job was. She is very knowledgeable and has all the equipment needed for special aspects of the job. Jenna and her crew were very willing to accommodate our contractor who was doing some remodeling here at the same time. We were very pleased with them personally and with the results of their work.

Arrived promptly, worked all day to complete the job on time. Paid great attention to details. A bit more costly than we've paid in the past, but a much better job.

As my husband (he believing no one could do a better job than him) and I have always done our own painting we were extremely pleased with tthe work that Straight Edge Painting did for us. They are an efficient, friendly, polite, and professional hard working crew. They painted three rooms with trim in two days (two coats) and even worked us in a little early. As Jennifer said, " We are here to take your stress of painting away, not add to it." And they did! We are very pleased with their work and "straight lines" and would be happy to hire them again and probably will. I also like the fact they are a local company. And their price was better than my other two estimates we had gotten. Thanks Angie's List!

Jennifer's work was meticulous and thorough. She answered all of our questions and offered knowledgeable suggestions. Her fees were reasonable, and we got our money's worth. We will definitely contract with Jennifer again when we paint indoors.

Ms Beasley and Straight Edge were very easy to work with, most courteous, and always professional; at all times they tried to minimize their disruption of our activities in the house. Everyone obviously cared very much that we were pleased with their work....and they wanted to do the very best job possible?.which they did. They were particularly careful about clean up and tidiness, and took special care not to damage or get paint on any of our furniture, etc. Everyone from Straight Edge was cheerful, and comfortable to be with...something you want with people working in your house for several days. Straight Edge made every effort to get in and get out quickly....they are very hard, fast workers?.but never sloppy. Because of the repair over the chimney, they had to be in and out for several days, because of plaster needing to dry, etc. But even then, they tried to be cause as little interference as possible in our home lives, by being sensitive to our schedules, etc. In summary, my wife and I, two retirees for whom the home is now our base, could not have been more pleased with the quality, value, and congeniality provided by this family business run by these industrious cheerful Asheville area residents.

Jennifer came to the house and provided us an estimate for the cost and time to do the job. We provided all the paint. She started on time and finished a day early. She and her helpers did a clean, efficient, professional job.

Because this is a rental unit in between tenants, we wanted the work done quickly. Jenna responded to my initial phone call very promptly and she and her staff did the painting while we were away for the holidays. The result is stunning and I will use her for any future painting.

First, as others noted on their comments, Jenna responded promptly to my inquiry and come over to give me an estimate within days of my call. She is professional and courteous. She clearly describes what she can do and was very helpful. Then, once I committed and chose the colors I wanted (I purchased the paint), she scheduled the job soon after and completed it without a hitch. I would highly recommend her.

They were very professional, punctual and courteous. Their results were excellent. We were very pleased and will hire them again for our next painting project. We would recommend them to others in a heartbeat.

Excellent experience. Very efficient and professional. Extremely pleasant to work with. To save money we moved most furniture away from the walls before she arrived. They gladly helped move the few pieces that could not be conveniently moved until necessary.

Jennifer returned my initial phone call within 24 hours and then came to my home to do an estimate at my convenience; she emailed a detailed proposal within a couple of days; once I accepted the proposal she scheduled to begin the work, again, at my convenience; Jennifer's quality of work is high - she isn't satisfied until it's done right. She and her crew were meticulous in their work, and clean-up. Jennifer was especially helpful with paint and color choices and accepted with no complaint when I didn't like the shade of one color after seeing the first coat on the wall. She spent time with me at the paint store the following morning making sure I found the color I liked. Jennifer was always cheerful and concerned that I be completely pleased with my choices. The work took a day longer than she expected partly due to the extra work she did making sure the ceiling in the living room was sanded smooth (repairing the initial work done when the room was built) and partly due to paint not drying as quickly because of high humidity and partly due to my change in paint color. For whatever reason she was reassuring that it was not a problem and said they'd take however much time was necessary to get the job done right. Jennifer's work ethic is top notch!
