Jenna was prompt with the estimate, which we found quite reasonable for the amount of work to be done (essentially the entire interior of our house). She was able to coordinate with our schedule so we were away for all but one day of the work so far. They have done a fantastic job and are very fastidious and tidy - no paint splatters, everything clean when they leave. If there were questions she would call or text, so nothing was left to chance. We'll finish up the interior in September and plan to use them for the exterior as well. Excellent work!

Based on reviews here, I contacted Jenna to ask about getting a quote. We worked out a time in our schedule. She came with notepad, laser measuring tool, paint suggestions. Two days later I had an emailed detailed estimate sent to me. The cost quoted included good quality low-VOC paint, which she procured. After some scheduling negotiations, we settled upon a start date of May 7. I moved the furniture, took everything off the walls, and removed some of the old drapery hardware, and marked with post-its what hangers to leave in place. When I came home for lunch, much of the prep work was being completed by Jenna and 2 of her crew members. My furniture was well-covered, there were ample dropcloths, and everyone was working hard. When I came home on May 8 at 3:00, the job was complete. I did need them to adjust the position of my piano, but I just emailed Jenna and she had it taken care of the next day. The paint job looks great - the plaster walls are smooth, the lines are precise, the color is even. Great job! I would recommend SEP to others and will likely use them again. Communications were very professional, timely, and friendly, and the job was done quickly and efficiently to minimize disruption.

Jenna came out, and very thoroughly worked up a detailed estimate. Given that they are in high demand, Jenna was very honest and direct that their availability was several weeks out. This perfectly fit with my schedule. With respect to the actual work, it was flawless. Their name fits the quality of their work. Wonderful job, and I'll echo another review in that they clean up well. i didn't notice a single paint drip anywhere. I absolutely recommend them and will hire them in the future if/when the need arises.

This is the second time I have hired Jenna. The first time she painted my whole house and her work was outstanding. So I hired her again to do a small paint job in a new property I just purchased. True to form, she was professional, punctual, fairly priced and her work is outstanding. There are few people I feel comfortable recommending to others, but I recommend Jenna with the utmost confidence.

Jenna and team from Straight Edge Painting (SEP) did a great job!! They bent over backwards to ensure we were happy with the job. We asked them to change one of the colors after they started to paint one of the rooms, it was not a problem, very flexible. We were worried about the pine and oak wood walls. Shadows had developed over the last 20 years where the previous owners had hung things on the walls. It took SEP a little experimentation to find the right combination of how much sanding to do and what color stain to use. Then they nailed it, the wood walls look great, we're very pleased. Again, SEP went out of their way to ensure we would be happy with the outcome. We're planning to have them come back in the spring to do more exterior work and to sand and stain the shadowed wood in our master bedroom. I highly recommend this team, you won't be disappointed

There are not enough superlatives to describe the work of the Straight Edge Painting crew. From beginning to end their efforts out shined all others we interviewed to paint our upstairs. Jenna provided us with a very clear and concise written proposal (which none of the other companies did). While we knew what work she would provide, we had no idea just how well done it would be and how quickly and efficiently it would get done. Throughout the process it was always clear that Jenna (the owner) and her staff had complete respect for our home and total concern for our satisfaction. When we made a few additions to the project everyone was most accommodating and willing to adapt. We could not have been more pleased with their work and are already planning future projects to work with them again. If you have painting projects this is the company to use.

Outstanding work and service. This job included a detailed quote with estimated starting time, followed by a house/deck pressure wash a few days before the actual painting started. The team always arrived on time each day. The painters were focused and extremely neat. Straight Edge Painting (SEP) was very professional, as well as approachable whenever I had questions. At the end of each day's work, someone always alerted me to the fact they were finished for the day and what time they'd return the next day. They took considerable time on our front porch which was in need of painting. In the future, I'll continue to use SEP for any interior or exterior painting/power washing requirements. We couldn't be happier with the results of this project.

Jenna at SEP Painting returned my call immediately and went to estimate the job the same day. She provided me with a quote within 24 hours. Once I decided to hire SEP they started the job the following week. They were professional in covering furniture and taking down pictures and when they finished they put everything back in place. The paint job was exceptional, truly professional. Jenna and the crew worked straight through to finish to job in a timely manner. I have a rental property and it needed to be completed before the next check-in. They delivered. I would hire SEP Painting again.

I own a rental house I'm putting on the market and had Straight Edge Painting do the work to get it ready to sell. They painted three bedrooms a bathroom, kitchen and living room. They also painted a block wall, some deck steps and garage door. Two of the rooms had very dark colors that I thought was going to show through. They were able to cover it and you can't tell it used to be red and orange. The work quality was very good. Great communication which is key to any business. I would use them again. It's only a 1000sft home so it didn't cost too much but Jenna came in with the best estimate and didn't waste time getting back to me. Other companies either waited too long or never replied.

It took two days and two workers to scrape off the wall paper that was currently on. She did a wonderful job! They even took the toilet tank off and painted behind it, instead of painting around it. They were very professional, and accommodating, I changed colors on her after seeing one and she was fine with changing it.

They did a great job. They are very detailed and meticulous - the quality of their work is wonderful. They are very friendly and easy to communicate with and check in often to make sure you are satisfied before the job is complete. They brought in a team to do all of the work in less than 2 days, which was very much appreciated.

Jenna and her painters were great. The consultation before the job started, the quality of the work and the turnaround time from initial contact to completion was all very impressive. Your options with regard to paint and expense were offered and explained. Our satisfaction with the job was her primary concern. When the paint supplier didn't match a color to her standard, she made sure we got the color we wanted and came back and re-painted at her expense.

The lady who answered the phone was very nice and polite, but no one ever called us back for a quote.

It went great! Jenna was totally professional & responsive. The team was prompt and thorough. The wallpaper removal took a bit longer than expected, but I was still charged what I was quoted on the estimate.
