The owner was extremely rude. She informed me that she doesn't take Anything back and was too busy to assist me.

She bought the wig on the 3rd of February. She already had three just like it. My wife has dementia and she doesn’t know what she is doing from time to time. I called on the 4th and advised that I would like to return it. I spoke with the owner, Judy, who was on vacation on Florida. She told me she was not available, but to wait until next Friday and she will work with me on the wig. I advised her I would come to her place on the 10th. Today I arrived as discussed with the wig and photos of the three other wigs my wife already owns. Judy advised to me that my policy is no returns and that my wife knew that. I asked her that under the circumstances if we could just get a refund, but she declined. She said there were absolutely no refunds. I just want to accept the return of the wig and give us a credit of $171.
