+ -1 moreIt went well. I was a little disappointed when I found out the cameras did not go 90 degrees tilt. When one raises it all the way up, it zooms in on the grass. It need to be on top of a high rise to work.

+ -1 moreThe project took the better part of a week, but it was completed without a hitch. Ben and the team from SCW were great to work with as they kept us informed of the project progress and worked around our schedule and customers. SCW took the time to show the managers at AAHH how to use the new system and made sure that we were comfortable with it. This system is a major upgrade from what we had. This project would not have been possible with most vendors. SCW is a great organization that truly cares about the community where they work.
Description of Work: SCW installed an entire new security camera system for Asheville Area Habitat for Humanity that included new hardware, software and approximately 18 to 20 cameras. Our old system was outdated and not functioning very well. SCW made the transition seamless, even working around our customers. They were professional, on time, and super helpful. SCW did this as a donation for AAHH's ReStore. SCW is a great community partner of AAHH!

The SCW crew was incredibly helpful through every step of the process, from identifying our needs to planning the work to providing training and tech support for the system. They explained their products and installation process very well and kept us updated as they went along. The installation process was fast and thorough, and we look forward to working with this company again in the future. Not even a week after the installation was completed, the cameras had already proven themselves to be useful. 10/10, highly recommended!
