I paid in full -- $600 over estimate -- as he told me he would return to finish the job. Despite repeated requests, never returned and never provided a paid invoice. Never installed the heaters I bought when he said he could install them. My guests ended up having to install their own heaters. I've had to hire a second contractor to finish the job I already paid Scott to do.
