Description of Work: Randy Garrett prepped and painted the exterior of my house. It's an old house and needed a lot of work.

Description of Work: He painted, inside and out, two homes. He did a lot of the little dinky repairs that needed to be done. He patched holes in walls. He re-hung doors. He rebuilt and refinished cabinets, they are absolutely gorgeous. He cleaned the hardware up, and it looks absolutely like copper and it's beautiful. He redid a counter top for me, not replacing it but put new topping on it, which kept me from having to replace it. They cleaned a horrible looking stainless steel sink for me, so I didn't have to replace it. In one house, the popcorn stuff on the ceiling was so old and dry it was coming off. They fixed that for me. They painted, cleaned, caulked, did the outside, pressure washed, primed, painted and patched. He just does a lot of things. He has a good gentleman that works with him that is an excellent carpenter.
