They were very efficient, creative and timely. I think they are very good.

I've decided to hold off on moving forward with my house plans for now due to an uncertain economy, etc. but my experience with Bobby was nothing but positive. He returns calls promptly and he is helpful when you're unsure of things -- very important for a (prospective) first time home owner like me. You can look at his web site to see examples of homes he's built, and when I asked around about him (architects and others who'd worked with him in the past) I heard only good things about him so I'm confident in his abilities. He's a nice guy, easy to get along with, and obviously passionate about what he does.

He was great. He was very professional, energetic and helpful. We haven't signed with him yet, but we are very impressed by him. He is certainly on our short list. We have had some builders that won't even get back to us.

It went so smoothly that I couldn't see how he could have done better. If we had different points of view on a design, we were able to discuss them and resolve the problem in a very satisfactory manner. The entire house was built in only 7 months! At one time, Bobby came to me and said, "Allen, I made a mistake in the estimate for the electric." I asked, "How much are we off?" He answered, "$600." Since that's not much on a project of this size, I replied, "Bobby, if you promise not to make this mistake in the future with people who may be less understanding, I'll 'eat' the $600." Two days later, Bobby came to me and said, "Allen I'd rather take the $600 loss, because I can't promise not to make the same mistake again." WOW! I couldn't give Jacobelly builders a higher rating. He was rock steady, showed up, did a very high quality job, in a timely fashion and stuck to his reasonable price. I'd use him again.
