All went well, they are coming back to make some repairs.

Excellent service. Tech called when he was enroute. Upon arrival he explained what he was going to do & that if he found any issues/problems he would talk to me before doing anything. He did the servicing thoroughly in about an hour. He made one recommendation for a change to the air return but wasn't pushy about it. He said it was just an idea to make changing the filter easier. He also brought up another recommended system change/addition and we discussed future service options. Overall it was very good service. I would use them again.

Experience was very good. Didn't seem to mind that I asked questions (dumb???) or that I followed him around. Tech worked steadily and seemed to do a better job than a previous company rep.

Very pleased. They called minutes after I submitted my on-line service request and had a technician out within a couple of hours. Jonah, the technician was professional, pleasant, and thorough. He took the covid precautions as well. I needed one part, which perhaps could have waited, but he left it up to me without any type of sales pressure. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend using them.

After contacting 2 referrals, the 2nd one got back to me 1st. They offered to come out for free but it would be 2 days later. It was gonne be below freezing both nights. The 1st o e called me and could come out within 2 hours. They did. They assessed my problem, left me heaters for my home for as long as I needed and set me up with a new and much needed heat pump. The other one almost caught on fire and could have killed me and my 2 granddaughters. If I had waited for the other company for 2 days, it would have been too late. I thank Quality Air for being my heroes and actually caring enough to come look and helping. Helping beyond their required job. Thank you.

Micheal was very focused to proactively complete the annual review of our A/C units. Changed all filters and made sure everything was working properly. Mike went through the checklist with me so I could understand the work performed. Kim was very helpful to work with our schedule so Mike could complete the annual service review.

They are always punctual (if not early), courteous, diligent and friendly. They are also very knowledgeable. We are very pleased with their work. We had a new system installed a few years ago by them and it has been working great ever since. We highly recommend them.

Below is what the tech found and fixed from the invoice: "2001 Rheem gas furnace with ac. A previous company had diagnosed a bad txv and quoted him to replace the system. We inspected the coil together and found that there was no txv on the coil. At this point I had checked the pressures and filters. I stated that most likely refrigerant was the issue and asked if he wanted to charge it. He decided to add a pound to test. After the pound the pressure was coming up. We added another pound and got refrigerant pressure where it needed to be. Tested capacitor. Amp draw on compressor and fan ok. System operating properly at this time." He did a fine job and saved me $ thousands. My one complaint covers probably all HVAC's in the area - gross overcharging for R22 (the tech has no responsibility for this). The "going rate" seems to be $1`50/pound, so I ended up paying $300 just for that. As for honesty and competence - it is 5 stars. R 22 is very available in 10 - 30 # containers or $12/# used and around +/- $20/#. For future service, I just brought a sealed 10#container for $175.

The guy they sent out did a great job. He was personable and very knowledgeable. You could tell he was keeping himself educated. He also didn't mind me hanging around and asking a lot of questions during the process. I learned a lot more about my system...and that it's time to start looking for a new one. Even a great tech can't fix years and years of neglect from previous owners.

Purchase and installation of heat pump went very well. David came the very next morning after my call for help. He gave me the estimate on the best pump suitable for my needs plus all the equipment and labor to complete the job. The day of installation everyone arrived early. Each person had their specific part and each went right to work. The whole system was completed the same day. Everything was cleaned up and the old unit hauled away. Nick came to do the inspection after a week to see if all was running well. All were so friendly and professional. They did a great job. I have had a maintenance contract with Quality Air for several years and all the guys who come to my home have been friendly and professional.

They were fine. They do a nice job, I am alway impressed with them. I would recommend them to anyone.

Office staff was very prompt in scheduling the estimate appointment and keeping us posted as to schedule. Estimator, David, arrived promptly, and his inspection was thorough. He was very interested in giving us the most cost effective yet appropriate system and was very clear in his explanations of the features he deemed necessary. The written estimate was sent promptly, and the installation appointment was set up immediately. Communication throughout was excellent. The efficient and courteous office staff kept us posted every step of the way. There were no changes or delays. Installers arrived promptly and work was completed within the time frame estimated. Before leaving, they made sure we understood how to work the thermostat and were available to answer any questsions throughout the installation process. David also arrived at the beginning and reviewed the procedure and follow up expectations. Greg and John were very neat and clean, not only in the house but outside in the area they needed as work space. The following day, work was rechecked by Charles and appointments for final CO check by city inspector and Progress Energy were set up. This was a very pleasant and thoroughly professional experience in every way, and we are very satisfied.

From estimate to completion, we were satisfied. We particularly liked how patient they were as we went through the multiple quote process - no calls or emails to "see where we were in the decision making process."

Great. Marcus was on time, helpful, and answered all of my questions. He took time to explain things to me. I feel that he was honest and trustworthy, and felt comfortable with him. I will definitely call Quality Air if I need my furnace serviced again!

Did a great job, awesome value. He found 4 cracks in my heat exchanger. Luckily I have a home warranty, but if that doesn't come through, I will definitely get a quote from them.

Was very professional. Unfortunately the air conditioner quit an hour after they left.

Tech showed up and advised on the problem (low freon) and the fix ($600 for leak check, about $700 for more R22 coolant). I decided to get someone else to fix it.

They were great! After having several potential providers come to bid the job, I was convinced that Quality Air knew what they were doing the most and weren't cutting any corners. They expanded an air intake vent, for example, and none others even mentioned that the old one was too small. They also built the air handler to fit the space, which required hanging it horizontally from the ceiling. From everyone's comments, it was clear that hanging it like this would be most efficient, so when a bidder said they install it standing/horizontally, they were off my list. The Quality Air workers were on time, very friendly and efficient, AND one of the lowest bids! I'd definitely hire them again. It cost a little over $7,000.

I've been using them for years. I like what they do and they're honest. The work takes about an hour sometimes an hour and a half. They let me know any problems that come up and give you a written list of what problems or if anything is up with the unit. Everything was left clean after. My only suggestion is to maybe nail down better time. They sometimes say afternoon and then you'll have to wait.
