Description of Work: I have a maintenance and service contract that costs$13.95 a month. This includes periodic inspections adjustments, discounts on repairs, etc. Service has been excellent. Description of Work: Crew came & inspected system. Cleaned outdoor A-C. Tackled the furnace. Checked ducts. AND GOT RID OF THE RESIDUAL CAT HAIR ON THE HEATING COILS THAT STANK!!!
