Tin from Quality Air tested the heat pump immediately and found that it would run. He checked out the system and found and fixed the problem. He was experienced and provided outstanding service.

Service call was handled well. Affable workman.

They are very professional. They know what they are doing. They will check for any problems with your unit. They do like you to have a contact with them. They do not have a turnover rate like other companies with their employees. They will remind you when you need the service for spring and fall. If you have a contract with them, the price is discounted for services and parts.

One person came out three or four months ago and took less than an hour. Leaving the area very good. When I moved I used them at my new location, as well as, my past home.

I pay them on a contract basis monthly. They are fair. They are reliable, efficient and economical. They are usually here about an hour. They leave it very clean, they are very conscientious about that.

We have a contract. They're always on time and they are really good about making sure things are done right before they leave.

They actually found a problem with our system that other people weren't able to find.

He went the extra mile to ensure the unit was working properly. He was very courteous and discussed the issues with us, so we could understand. Fine, not great. I waited a long time for technician's arrival. Was impressed by technology for inspecting heating core. I didn't like being told no one else could do this and that they had to cut into my unit to do the inspection.

we had one date scheduled and they never showed or notified me. i gave them another chance. they were due at 9am, called at 9:20 am and arrived at 9:45am with no explanation for being late. the offer included they inspect the roof and shingles. the work was very good and they were friendly and efficient. need to work on punctuality , especially for 1st job of the day.

Well. They replace the part the same day. Our furnace is working very well.

My experience was exactly as it should be. The company was accommodating to my schedule. They called ahead of time to let me know they were coming. Joel arrived and was very pleasant and professional. During his maintenance check, he noticed an issue with the smart controller and stayed long enough to insure it was functioning properly. He also replaced the filter and gave me good advice on what size to buy and how to save money. The condensation pump had not been working properly for some time and I thought I would have to have it replaced. He cleaned it out and primed it and it works great now; saving me a nice chunk of money. He provided me with a list of all of the components he inspected and noted their condition. This was well worth the money! Thank you so much!

Scott came on time, promptly diagnosed the problem (a near-blown compressor in one unit, a fan unit out of manufacturer tolerance on the other), explained every step he took, showed me the defective parts, replaced my filters and taught me a bit about the systems I own. Very knowledgable and very helpful,

Contractor scheduled the service call in a timely manner. He arrived at the appointed time, was very professional, explained what he had observed during inspection . No sales pitch, helpful information . Would use the company again.

It went very well and the 2 men who did the work got along really well with one another and worked well together which made for a pleasant experience. They arrived early in the morning and cleaned up after they were through and completely explained how to use the new thermostat to me. I've also noticed that since we've had the new heating system, I've been a lot warmer without the furnace turning off and on all the time so it's running much more efficiently. The cost was a little high but worth it because of the excellent service and warrantees that come with the new system.

Arrived on time, very professional company. Installed two new supply vents so that the current system had 7 instead of 5 supply vents, which made it a lot more efficient and quieter. Took about 2 hours.

Determined that I needed a pilot light assembly, but furnace is so old they would have to call around to find the part. Called me few days later and told me they had found the part. Will be setting up appointment soon. Prompt, neat, courteous and informative. Signed for annual service agreement! Definitely will recommend them.
